Excellent experience getting my Covid and flu vaccines at this CVS. Organized, fast, took me right on time without having to do a bunch of admin. Lovely person administered the shots. No complaints.

I just went there to get my medication after they closed early yesterday for the holiday and they still haven't opened at 8:20am when they were supposed to open at 8am.

A good convenience store and pharmacy. They are pretty quick in the pharmacy section and are helpful with the front of the store and paying for goods.
Don’t really like the new security fixture.

I have never not waited at least 20 mins for a prescription here. There are two computers, and at least three or four people milling around behind the counter at any given time, but never more than one person actually dealing with customers. Zero sense of urgency to actually get stuff done. One star, because the rest of the store is clean, well-stocked, and employees on the floor are always helpful and friendly.

I like their products. Employees are friendly enough here. They have a refrigerator filled with sodas that has been broken for months Prices way too high on some items They have restrooms but you have to ask an employee to let you in Good products and services, perhaps corporate CVS isn't supplying the funds or proper district managers supervision to this store to fix things broken and kinda run down here a bit

This was a terrible CVS for years until an older gentleman took over as chief pharmacist and worked long hours, hired new staff, and gradually got things going in the right direction. My wife switched her prescriptions to this store and with one exception (foul up in what CVS shipped to the store), our experience has been consistently positive.
More recently, pharmacist Daina has joined the staff and she is outstanding: friendly, professional, efficient. After the nearby Walgreens promised my blood thinner would be filled “tomorrow” for more than a week but failed to do so, I left a message for a call back because I had only one dose left. This CVS not only called me back fairly quickly but confirmed they had my dose in stock at the store but expedited transferring the rx so I could pick it up later the same day!
I'm now transferring all my prescriptions to this store as a result. All the drugstore chains are losing employees and money currently, they are understaffed and employees often inexperienced, and neither the CVS or Walgreens apps work well. But, under these stressful conditions, my consistent experience over the past few years is that this CVS usually does a good job

Yeah there’s employees X 6150 N. Broadway Chicago really need to get their act together because I had the worst service I ever had to the point where I’m gonna call corporate on Monday it’s on about my experience!!!!!
