Went here to print out photos of my three deceased pets and the attendant FLIPPED THROUGH MY PHOTOS, laughing to himself and shaking his head, and said “Sorry, it’s just we eat these in Peru.” When I frowned and informed him these were my pets he actually had the audacity to double down and say, “well it’s normal in Africa too.” So bizarrely insensitive and not sure why he felt the need to flip through my personal photos in the first place, is that standard practice at CVS? Are they looking at and commenting on any photos we print?

Even though the gentleman who was helping me wasn’t able to resolve my issue, he remained extremely professional and courteous—even when I was rude. Please recognize the employee who was working on 8/2 around 8:00 PM. That is true professionalism.
Thank you for being respectful and representing your company with honor. I apologize for my behavior—you didn’t deserve that. But I want you to know that your professionalism did not go unnoticed.

I needed a prescription refilled while on vacation. It was in Cincinnati. There was a way to change the location on line but it didn't work. They don't answer there phone.

Waited 20 minutes for assistance at the self checkout area because a coupon wouldn't run through before I just gave up and left.
They need to employ more people

I wish I could give them negative 1. Worst pharmacy I've ever seen. Nobody knows nothing including the main pharmacist. Any question you ask them will get a reply ." We did know, call customer care". I complained against this pathetic attitude to CVS but nothing happened. All they said their universal words " we apologize". Arrogant, pathetic, rude..wish more words I could say

This is a Horrible place to fill prescriptions at, ignorant staff, disrespectful, and they Do Not answer your calls. I have 2 years of nothing but bad experience with this so called pharmacy.Get your prescription filled and picked up from anywhere else than this horrible place.

Horrible experience every time. the staff acts as if they aren’t a pharmacy providing healthcare services. they won’t answer calls, won’t answer questions, won’t order medications when prescribed. the staff is also very rude when you are able to get them on the phone.

This is the best pharmacy in the city. They are extremely efficient and the pharmacists are so kind. The female pharmacist who has worked there forever is a wonderful soul.

Was turned away from a walk in covid vaccine & told I needed an appointment despite info from the website and signs posted around the store saying no appointment is necessary.
