Was turned away from a walk in covid vaccine & told I needed an appointment despite info from the website and signs posted around the store saying no appointment is necessary.

This store is never actually open at 7AM. I always just end up walkin a couple blocks over to Walgreens.

Abraham has provided exceptional customer service and care for my photo order. He went above and beyond via calls with updates and in-person while I was at the store. He definitely looks out for his customers and for that we thank you!

NORVEL - The CVS Coupon Whisperer... I was determined to understand if I was receiving the promised $$ back from my vast array of CVS coupons. The way the rewards amount is split across several items, the current sales, etc. is so much to track. Long story cut short, after attempting to self-checkout I sought assistance from the women who appeared to be the most experienced: Norvel. I explained I was hoping to have a few different ring-ups, she understood. She patiently waited as I fumbled through my cart to retrieve my bundled purchases, then look at my phone app, etc. Gently she asked if I minded her taking a look at my app and discovered I had not added all the coupons to my card. She voided, she rang up again (twice!). SOOO Patient. I left the store better educated on how to apply the coupons and vowing that in the future, I'd probably first check if she was working before making purchases. Against all the little bumps we hit throughout the week, it was a pleasant moment that someone "buddied-up" with me to help something go more smoothly. THANK YOU, NORVEL!!!!

Tried to use UPS drop off at this location on my way to work at ~ 7:15am. Lights were on but doors were locked. Couldn’t wait around so now I’m lugging a package on the train. Are ya’ll open or not?

Don't go here if you can't skip days with your prescription. I had a 90 day prescription, as per the insurance's requirements. They didn't have enough to fill it after a good week of back and forth from them to my doctor. So one pharmacist decided to take it upon herself to split up my prescription and give me some now, with two more refills in the future. So here I am coming to collect a refill, only to be told that I need a 90 day supply approved from my doctor. Here we go again, right? I told this one what happened before, and she just brushed it off like I don't know what I'm talking about and said she's going to get the approval for a 90 day supply from my doctor... After this is filled I have no choice but to take my business elsewhere, because I can't go a week without medication between every refill for them to figure out what they want to do.

Understaffed and WAY over worked ( 1/2 hour lunch breaks are physically abusive in my opinion) this is beyond just the pharmacy... The worst run retail store I've ever seen... The only reason I go there is the convenience of its location to me. They can't keep employees there; with the exception of an older very good latin gentleman this place is a train wreak customer service wise. This location reflects very poorly on the CVS company's inability or indifference to correcting its operation mistakes. I never look forward to going there.

we frequently visit to get snacks because we live so close by. The store definitely needs to be cleaned. The frozen section is always a mess. They seem to be under staffed, which explains why some items are out of place always. Specifically the sections where you would find snack items/condiments. I know the location probably gets a lot of teenagers from the schools around the neighborhood but it definitely needs to be more organized and stocked more

Its not the closest cvs to me, but it's the best cvs I've been to. Pharmacy staff are very good and they are very good at managing the insurance side at this location. Well done!

This is for the pharmacy specifically. This location is so close to my house I keep giving it chances but time and time again they fail at the core concept: filling my prescription on time. The lead pharmacist gives one piece of information on the phone and it’s something different in the store. They claim to have a system to inform patients when NEEDED prescriptions won’t be filled as promised, but it always seems to “have a full cue” and doesn’t alert me. I don’t want to say they don’t care, but there’s a total lack of try given what people are relying on them for and how OFTEN they let their patients down with a “sorry about that; nothing we can do.”

You can barely find anything here. No one is available to help you, especially in the morning. Snotty and rude cashier's get an attitude when you ask for a bag. Prices are stupid high! Ridiculous!! Sticking with Walgreens
