For the first time ever, EVERY member of the staff at this location were so sincerely warm, personable and friendly ! When I rang for help at the lotion cabinet, I was immediately greeted with a big smile and assistance that was true Customer Service. Whoever that team of employees were at 8:22am on 9/15/25, (this was not my first early morning visit), they are Wonderful and I hope they stay there !!!

Unfortunately the pharmacy technician Tamiyah was extremely rude to me. She refused to speak to me and continued point at the screen and told me to read it even when I asked for her to explain it to me.
She didn't smile and she smiled when I said I wished I had another person to service me.
Not sure where u got her from but u should send her back for better training.
I usually would have said that to her face but then I would been looked at as if I was the obscene one.
Friend received much better service from another technician.

Pharmacy personnel are not customer friendly, helpful or compassionate. I WILL NEVER SHOP IN THAT OF THE STORE. Manager Nung has a great opportunity/ need to train her staff.

The lunch break can really be unsettling because the entire Pharmacy shuts down. Some seniors are overwhelmed, especially those that use public transportation. There should be an easier way to address this. You can be inline waiting for a lengthy time and still have go wait. You could either have pick up only ??? Help us out here

If I could give this pharmacy negative 0 stars I would this is the second time in a month I have to write a bad review the entire store needs to be closed. The pharmacy is terrible their attitudes are terrible i asked to speak to the person in charge she came with a bad attitude I told the lady I had back surgery yesterday and couldn't wait for 20 minutes for a cream that's already in a jar they don't care the black girls there treat you worse I'm transferring my family out of this cvs and calling the better business on them and contacting the aldermans office.

The young lady (08/24 @ 1:00p) at the pharmacy drive up definitely need some customer service training. She’s dry don’t try to explain and doesn’t know how to say thank you. I think I’ll transfer my prescription to somewhere else.
