Pharmacy loves to be closed during their posted business hours. The one time they were opened they closed the shutters for lunch in my face at 2:00 pm.

This busy location has been nothing but helpful to me. They even assisted me in reducing the cost of prescription drugs by identifying and utilizing a manufacturer coupon to alleviate the high expenses associated with them.

CVS pharmacist RAHID at 3033 N Broadway in Chicago has the worst customer service. The ER doctor prescribed NEEDED medication early in the morning, 7 pm came and my prescription was still delayed, so I went to the store and complaint. RAHID informed me that I can take my business elsewhere since I complaint and asked me if I heard her. Yes! I heard you loud and clear. Maybe Rahid does not realize that I do not have to go to CVS. Mariano's is directly across the street and Walgreens is a couple blocks away. I was not the only person complaining about medication not being filled in a timely manner. STAY AWAY FROM CVS LAKEVIEW. Poor customer service.

Told me “this is a big deal. I’m too busy to help you.” This was the woman said to me when I asked her to return my purchase and recharge it to a different card. Talk about customer service
Also, the security guard stood next to me the entire time I was in the store. He hovered the whole time while I shopped and there were about 5 other people in the store at the same time

Went to have a prescription filled. They deleted my prescription out of the system when they tried to switch to a generic. Then suggested that I PAY (lol) for a clinic appointment since it was a Friday afternoon before holiday and my dr office was closed in order to get my meds. Won’t be going back. Will switch to express scripts.

Overall I find the staff here more than helpful. The security man is always friendly and helpful and he goes beyond his role. Eden is so patient, friendly and helpful. I dropped a star for the circumstances - the pharmacy staff are under a lot of pressure and deal with many different customer personalities and queries, they work very hard doing a tough job and sometimes this is reflected in their mood. Overall I have a pleasant experience when I go to this store - thank you!

Place tells you in the morning they’re working on an RX. You come after their lunch break to pick it up, they tell you they will expedite - it’ll be ready in 20 mins.
Okay no big deal.
I wait twenty minutes, they say actually it won’t be ready until 8 PM. Come back then (I’ve already wasted an hour). I come back, they say it’s actually not gonna be till tomorrow. This place is a joke , worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Last time I’ll ever waste so much time for a deeply incompetent staff to fill my prescription

Doctor called in a prescription stopped to get it and after being in line for 25 minutes it is not ready was told another 25 minutes to get it ready. Register line has-been as much as 10 people deep and 1 person on the register. Not the time of day to come here. Place is dark and drab. The system that is used for prescriptions is so old. Horrible experience. Won't be back

The 3033 N Broadway CVS store has a very friendly and helpful staff. Store manager and team work together. Feels good to shop here, as well as work the pharmacy.

Absolutely horrible pharmacy. Staff is rude and they don’t care about whether you get your prescription or not and they clearly hate their job.
