This location is horrible - I placed an order for photo pickup & received a your order is ready for pickup. I arrived at the store, only for the cashier to tell me that the manager who works the photo machine isn’t in today so no one else can print pictures.
I’m absolutely dumbfounded on how a manager doesn’t train their employees how to operate a machine/service they offer in their store.
I will be calling corporate and reporting this store.

Never have I felt so belittled by a pharmacist. Every single time I come to pick up a prescription there's some sort of problem. Such rude and unhelpful pharmacy staff.

Security Guard denied me entry. This is my neighborhood CVS. I go there to buy NECCO wafers for a friend. I'm in my 50s and use a scooter. I never saw this security guy before, and guess what? I will never see him again because I'm not going to argue with a newbie on a power trip. Amazon has NECCO wafers. I guess if he never lets anyone in nothing will be stolen. Unfortunately, nothing will be sold there, either

Sing, O muse, of the CVS so plain,
a marketplace of medicine and mundane.
Where cough drops cluster, shampoos align,
yet none of it feels especially fine.
The staff are steady, their greetings brief,
the service neither stellar nor a grief.
The lights are harsh, the carpet gray,
an ordinary stop along the way.
Three stars I leave, my verdict true,
for ordinary deeds in a fluorescent hue.

Locking up the condoms is insane; no part of me wants to ask an old man to unlock the dental dam cabinet. Taking my business elsewhere! I hope you feel the pain of lost sales by locking up all your items. it's been proven to impact businesses negatively

I had some pictures from a disposable camera developed here, and when I got my pictures back there was a random (and artistic) picture of a naked man’s butt and penis. While the staff at CVS have been friendly and helpful, I’m pretty disappointed with getting an unsolicited dick pic.
Just beware of having photos developed here, unless you’re into this sort of thing.

The pharmacist at this location and the pharmacy team are wonderful! I've been to many pharmacies over the years and finally came across this fantastic place. Feels like a mom and pop style pharmacy. It lacks a drive-through (which is a luxury in the winter months) but it's worth it.

I came in to pick up a package recently:
*Waited in a long line( 1 cashier)
*a 2nd cashier came up to help 20 mins later
* I gave her my name and ID/ she want a code
* UPS didn’t give me code
* cashier with nasty attitude looked thought email alerting me to delivery/ stating I needed code but no code in emails from UPS
I realize procedure is necessary but I gave my I’d and address , name and emails all matched, her attitude sucked!
* I will never shop at a CVS, have a package delivered there again
* sad messy store with horrible employee with little to no customer service experience

My CVS has always been so clean, pleasant and with friendly helpful associates. They are also so amazing at stocking items that aren't normally available in the store. I was given a feed back text and I gave that information so that they know to keep that up. And they have. Great work.

I am giving this review because the employees were extremely helpful to me. I was dealing with an emergency situation and a young man and elderly woman, whom I unfortunately forgot the name of were extremely helpful. Amazing customer service that is unheard of these days. I really appreciate it🙏🏾😎
