Very rude pharmacy staff and the travel doctor I went to was very condescending and rude. Doesn't care to get to know the patient - just a number on a spreadsheet. I am in the process of getting a new primary doctor, and this clinic is in-network. Just lost me as a patient.

Pharmacy staff is rude, and simply do not care about the customers. They also don’t have meds they told you’d they’d have the next day when you come back the next day. Please go find a new location. They survive due to their location. Find alternatives.

This pains me to write, as I’ve always had excellent service and experiences at this store until last Friday. I went in for three vaccines, and the pharmacist was so rude to me, I was taken aback. It made the rest of my experience there terrible. I used to work in pharmacy, and I know how difficult the job can be, but no matter how bad your day is, you should not be disrespectful to your customers.

Stopped by the pharmacy today and overheard a REALLY difficult customer, and the pharmacy staff person handled it beautifully. Then, I had a problem at the register which was totally my fault and the cashier was so nice and helpful. Great experience!

The pharmacy at this location is just so rude. Every time I come in to get my prescriptions they make me feel like I am inconveniencing them. They mumble and huff under their breath, like yeah im sorry i have to take meds? Today was my last straw and reason for review. My doctor wrote me a script to being in. Look, this is my first time and I don’t know how this works? So after waiting in line and then it hitting 12:30 because the line was so long I was told to come back later as it was their lunch. Fine. I come back and they tell me the script isn’t correct. But were not helpful at all on what was wrong. It is a shame the addison street location is closing because those employees are actually helpful.

Id just like to know why no one can answer a phone just 5 minutes after opening. Is it automatic now that every call goes to voicemail with a call back scheduled for 1 hour? They cant be that busy that they cant answer a call with a quick question.
