One of the worst cvs ever got a email saying my phone order was ready for pick up got to the store only for the employee to say oh it's not ready just come back in 30 minutes so I came back a hour later and it's still not ready and the employee says again ooh you have to wait a little more.

4-1-25 Did the elderly Caucasion man just get robbed, or was it me? The item I needed was locked in a glass case, which is fine. I asked him for it. He held onto the item tight. He then asked me to scan it while he was holding it. When I finished, I reached for it to take it to the cash register. He said, he would take it. Wow! I almost laughed in his face. Then he asked a stupid question I think all Cashiers are trained to ask; is that everything? If I wanted to purchase something else, I think he would know. It would be at the cash register with the other item, so he could ring it up, unless I was at the ”self” register (but he didn’t give me that option). He was too busy holding onto the item for dear life. People you need to stop. Steadily trying to correct someone, when you are the ones to be Corrected. If you don’t want to get cursed out, stop running or racing people through doors when they are trying to shop. If you don’t want to hear profanity, stop being stupid. And those are just little things. Looks like I have a huge job ahead of me.

Great pharmacy and helpful, polite technicians. At this location the technicians will schedule a date and time that is convenient for you to pick up your prescription if you request. Plus, they are open 24 hours store and all. I get mine at 5 in the morning and they have it ready. All I have to do is call them and schedule a time with Carla and she will take the time to do so when my meds need a refill. Never fear Carla is here. I also never had a waiting problem either which is common for most pharmacies. There hard work pays off.

Half of the store is under lock and key. Good luck finding an employee to help you. It’s very shady in here. I always feel like I might walk in during a robbery. This is Mt Greenwood not Englewood.

If I could give one stars I would. The pharmacy techs are lazy and don't do their job. I asked one to add my phone number they never did. I asked the same lady not to ever switch to me the generic prescription. This is the second time I asked that not to do that and they hung up on me. No customer service skills and just rude. I finally got answers how to fix part of my problem but still doesn't explain the rudeness.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I’ve been on hold 3 separate times today each hold exceeding 45 minutes resulting in me having to hang up. My father watched the prescription driver pull away with his medicine… and I can’t seem to speak with someone about the next steps.

I had No idea there was a care service inside CVS. They were all so helpful and listening to my concerns about my health. The three female health providers at 103rd/Pulaski location were Awesome! They didn't rush me, they answered all my questions, were friendly, comforting and professional. If needed I would definitely come back for an appointment. I thank you and so appreciate your care of me❣️
