I had no issues picking up my prescriptions and buying other items I needed. The staffer at the pharmacy checkout was friendly and fast. I used the self checkout for my other purchases.

Horrible service at the Pharmacy. Waited for someone to fill a prescription. Waited over 30 minutes. Came into the store and no store manager or no pharmacy manager was there. Horrible service.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Very understaffed location and the people working there are joking around. Drive thru pharmacy is a joke. You usually have to wait 45 minutes to an hour to pick up medication. That's with 4 cars waiting and no customers at the pharmacy desk inside. Manager doesn't care.

Store staff is very cool the pharmacy staff is very rude often receive calls that medication is ready once arriving still have to wait 20 minutes 30+ minutes in the drive-through today called in to check on a refill was hung up on by the head pharmacist the staff has no sympathy or empathy towards his customers and every time I come there I'm treated very rudely

Not only are they very unprofessional they're slow as hell, rude and have the nerve to have a drive thru they never attend. After spending 30-hr plus every trip I'm changing to new pharmacy. They are understaffed and serve the inside before drive thru. I've been to others and they are faster and better. Luckily I'm switching i mf back to Walgreens at least I won't die waiting on blood pressure medicine.

The store is not much better. If you have to pee ..sorry to be blunt...you will be turned away..child, adult..they just look at you like you plan to smoke crack in the bathroom and say "NO PUBLIC BATHROOM". Human kindness is at an all time low and so much so that basic human functions are considered foreign and criminal. What the hell happened? Even Walgreens has bathrooms they let you use. The capes and shirts up front are chained to rack. Hmmmm..I could not even thumb through them. If I have to pee and have to wait for you to unchain them...then I am sure to be in trouble. Clean up...aisle 2!!!!! I got my nail polish and ran out the door.

My Doctor sent my prescription to CVS located at 7855 S Western Ave on 10/9/19. It was not ready on 10/10, 11, 12 or 10/13. Each time I was told it would be ready the next day and each time it wasn't. They are terrible with on time deliver of refills. Also their drive through wait time averages 30 mins.

Waiting 15min an counting. Why does it seem most pharmacists are completely incompetent? (2 cars were ahead of me. And 1 of those were ofcourse being taken care of already.

The pharmacy is very slow and unprofessional. I'm have to back to Walgreens. I stood in the drive thru line for 10 or 15 mins before something told me to come in because they was busy. I thought the drive thru was FAST SERVE and I get in its only 2 people in line. One lady was checking out and one was behind here JUST SAD!!!
