Where I typically shop at a different CVS in a Target near my home, due to my work schedule & location of my temp jobs I decided to have a script transferred to the pharmacy at State & Madison where I would call to have it delivered to work. My pharmacist at the store where I usually shop transferred my script while we were on the phone & suggested I wait 30 mins before calling the State St store to confirm the message arrival & transfer. Due to being busy at work (which is why I can't pick up my meds in the 1st place) I finally had an opportunity to call the State St store to make arrangements to have the script delivered the next day. The person who answered, not sure if it was the pharmacist or the tech assistant, was very rude insisting that the script was on hold at the OTHER store & then telling me that, besides, scripts take 2-3 days to deliver (?????) She also added that I should call the store where I usually go to again or go there for the script because she didn't know what's going on since she doesn't have it in her system.2-3 days to deliver a script???What if it was an urgent situation??I'm a Customer Service professional so rudeness like that, for me, is intolerable. Sadly, my insurance has me getting my scripts filled at CVS ...otherwise, I'd take my business elsewhere. Luckily, the store near me where I've been going for years does provide top notch service ...too bad I'll need to be inconvenience by not being able to use a service CVS so eagerly seems to offer.

Best pharmacy ever! People are nice and very professional, always helpful. Highly recommended. Better than any other pharmacy I’ve been to in town.

I came to the pharmacy for allergy medicine because I'm having a flare up. The brands behind the counter are far so it’s hard to read the boxes from outside the area. I had questions about the different brands and longevity of the pills. Given the fact that these are pharmacists who deal with customers and are supposed to HELP and how polite i was, i was really taken aback by the lack of patience R****l had when i was simply clarifying.i blurred it but not much out of Some respect. You need to make sure your staff is willing to help people instead of treating them like a burden at 2:30 pm on a weekday. i won’t be returning

This location refuses return of products, claims that this is a CVS pharmacy, not a CVS store, so no returns can be accepted. Very rude, unhelpful and angry staff. Avoid this place at all costs.

WORST PHARMACY EVER!!!!! If you don't have to use this pharmacy (or any CVS pharmacy) DON't!!!! I tried to refill a cholesterol drug online only to find Icouldn't because the "pharmacist" determined I don't need it until 11/1. In the mean time, they've determined I need to refill my occasionally needed allergy meds. At this point, my occasionally needed allergy meds are good for the next five years. My NEEDED cholesterol drug that I will be out of BEFORE 11/1? Well, I guess I'm on my own... WORST STORE A D COMPANY EVER!!!! I will pay the out-of-pexpenses to go

Last day, I passed by this drug store, and I remembered that I need to buy medicines. I forgot the name, but thankfully, the pharmacist helped me remember it by mentioning all the alike medicine. Thank you!

Earlier I called to see about having my prescriptions delivered as it was raining and didn't want to walk over. Two and a half hours later I realize I did need to go get some things. I walked over and went right to the pharmacy to see if my prescription was still there. The mail carrier was there with her box, another woman was waiting to pick up a script, and the pharmacist was getting scripts ready to be sent out. I asked if mine was still there that I could pick it up. I was told "its already been packaged to be sent out." I would think it would be easy to just set it aside and let me take it but I guess that would be too much trouble. Not good from a customer service viewpoint, however I accept I had already given instructions to mail it and partially that was my fault OK. My reason for giving 1 star was when I got to the check out, the woman checking out was getting 2 bottles of spray cleaner with bleach. There are signs ALL OVER stating due to the high demand, only 1 bottle of cleaners, hand sanitizer, toilet paper, paper towels etc will be allowed per customer. There were no more spray cleaners on the shelf. I said to the cashier I thought only 1 spray cleaner was allowed per person, his response was, "well." Sad in these times when the store will not follow their own policy. This is the last time I will use CVS for my scripts (and anything else if I can help it) I will be moving to Wallgreens, they are even closer. Nice job, you win the prize for customer service award of the year!!!
