Pick up my baby meds and one of the bottle wasn't label. Its a mystery liquid now and I have a crying sick baby. In top of that, you can't even speak to anyone now on the phone without leaving a voicemail. This place is ridiculous

Claimed they could get an important prescription in one day. Didn’t get it in for two days and didn’t communicate that they were having trouble getting it. Also doesn’t answer the phone, you only have the option to leave a voicemail after waiting like 5 minutes. Don’t use these guys if you need medicine fast!

The pharmacy technician by the name of Mercy T. Horrible customer service, should be coached or better yet fired. This place need pharmacy technician that want a job and want to work not childern. Disappointing.

Pharmacist Naishad (and the techs) are always prompt and pleasant, but this time he spent a LOT of time helping me locate/register for Wegovy sites and discounts as it wasn't covered by my Advantage plan; he even looked online FOR me while I was off to the side checking on others. I only wish they were allowed to ALSO ring up 2-3 "non-Rx" items so I wouldn't also have to hit the Target checkouts before exiting.

Went in today with my partner. She asked for the good RX discount. The young lady with the airpods only gave us the discount for one of the 2 medicines. We asked her to refund the one she didn't give a discount for, and remake the medicine with the discount. Why would anyone only want a discount on one of their medicines? ?Even though we were nothing but kind, she had a nasty attitude the whole time. Terrible customer service, disrespectful, and rude. She needs to work somewhere away from people.Healthcare, picking up medicine, especially depending on the condition and person, can be a very stressful time. She guaranteed an awful customer service experience for us. I hope I dont interact with her ever again.

Unlike every other CVS pharmacy in target the pharmacist at this CVS would not allow me to check out my over the counter medications at the pharmacy desk with my prescription medicine. He called it a “target item” and refused to check it out. Which goes against the pharmacy operating agreement that CVS and Target filed with the SEC.

Very unexperienced pharmacy techs and one of them had a bad attitude when I kept asking for clarification trying to give them my insurance. Probably not used to tricare people. My family tried calling them too to get answers or clarification, put them on hold for 10 minutes. Not going back here again.

Less than one store, didnt answer the phone for two days. \\\"out\\\" of my prescription and I cant transfer it to any other location until they get it in stock. SO ANNOYED.
