Visited this location 02/20/2025. Joseph at the cash register was very welcoming and helpful. I asked for help and the lady working walk pass me after helping another customer. I said hi and she kept walking. I said said hi again and can I get some help! She went tin to the back room and never returned! I spent another 20 minutes locking for the item I came in for but was unsuccessful. This explains why this store is always empty! Won’t be back

I still haven't gotten a call back, regarding my money from the lottery machine. My money had gotten stuck in the machine. So, I told the older lady about my situation. Apparently, she didn't have the "key" to the machine. So, I had to write down my name & number on a white piece of paper. Then, she said she will call me when someone comes to fix the machine. But I never got a call back & it's been a week. So, this week I stopped inside to see, if the machine was working. And guess what, it was & I'm mad cuz the woman didn't call me about my money. I NEED MY MONEY BACK
So, can y'all get back at me about that.

This pharmacy never refills my prescription on time...it's extremely frustrating and extremely unsafe. This is the second time I've had to get my prescription late because they just don't time it right even though I auto refill and they know days in advance. I will be transferring pharmacies

Poorly managed and maintained. Pharmacy won’t even let you speak to a staff member without leaving a voicemail. This location is trash.

Do not come to this place if you want passport photos . The blade will be broken always.
Don't come here for print and scanning . They won't be able to assist you.
Don't come here to redeem lottery tickets like the lady after me.. the machine will be broken.
The clerk just wants to stand still and ring up stuff. So only go here for that.
There you go .. I saved you a trip.

I just call CVS on Roosevelt & Racine to see if this location sell bus pass. The young lady that answered the phone stated the name and location. When ask about the sell of the bus pass she said Um I don't THINK we have them, the problem was she didn't try to check for a customer and when I said Thank You, She Rudely hung up. People today just don't have a ounce of professionalism in them; shaking my head!

Absouktely annoyed eveyrtime i go here thr same middle age lady inth front follows all the customer around and makes rude comments and will keep asking if ur done when your in there for 5 minutd i feel rushed and shes just being super pushy loke she dosnt want custoemrs therr or soemthing if someone doesnt look into her i will try to rrwzch corporate next horribke worker witness her do it to many others as wol btw the good reviews are all fake wasnt there i checked harassing ppl following them watching them in every aisle is not customrservice mam

Overall a fairly positive shopping experience. There is little control they have over the people who shop the store.

Called and was told my order is ready. 15 min line I’m told it’s not ready yet. I simply ask when it will be ready & the rude pharm tech blankly stares at me, clearly bothered with me asking, finally says “well it’s not ready… probably 2 more hours” and turns away. I go back 2 hrs later- another 15 min line. I let them know I have a coupon (normally give the code, adjust the price & I pay). Now they say step aside to be helped. I step aside for 5 min and rude staff #2 arrives. She takes the info & says “give us 15-20 minutes to print a new label.” and walks away. 20 minutes to print a label…? 10 min pass she quietly says “order for jr” and tells me to step in line to checkout. I look back and the line has 5 people waiting. I express some frustration and was met with a rude and dismissive response. 15 more minutes in line I can leave and will never be back. Go to any other location over this one.

I am ABSOLUTELY furious with this location. I had a prescription transferred to their location from another CVS because they had my medication in stock, and I got the email confirmation for it and it even showed on the app that they were working on filling my prescription. I check back a couple hours later and my order is no longer showing. I call them and they called me back and told them what happened and they told me they never got a prescription sent to them under my name that I need to contact the other CVS, so I did just that and they told me that they saw a record of the prescription being transferred at 11:25 am and they looked further into and that that they deleted my script and that without it I can’t have my medication filled and she directed me to call them back and ask them why they deleted my script. I called them about 6 times and they would answer my call and hang up on me. Beyond disappointed would be and understatement to what I feel right now. If I could I’d give them zero stars.

We stopped in to the pharmacy maybe 20 minutes before closing to get a prescription filled and we were welcomed by the most kind, helpful, and patient staff! A mister Sam Rizzo was able to process our prescription quickly and was great to work with despite the very negative attitude of another customer he tended to in between our transactions. He was super friendly, even after being harassed. Anyways this CVS location is great and the pharmacy staff is exceptional. Give Sam Rizzo a bonus.
