I’ve lived in the U.S. for 30 years, and this CVS delivered the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced—twice in 48 hours.
First, a security guard followed me from the entrance to the back of the store as if I were a thief. Then, when I returned, an associate refused to help me unlock a product, telling me someone *should* be there instead of assisting.
This store is in **serious** customer service trouble. Luckily, there's a Walgreens right next door. **Shame on you, CVS.**

Jeaneen provided the worse customer service that I've ever received at a CVS store, and I've patronized many of them.

Terrible experience! As I approached the cashier to check out at 9:40 a.m. this morning Dec 1, I told him that it looks like the old lady before me left her cellphone on the counter. He grabbed it and went about his business. If it was the old lady’s he would have atleast made an effort or say something to affirm that he cared. I asked if it was his, he said no. Upon paying for my purchase, I prompted him so I can key in my phone number. In a grumpy face he said, “ I asked you earlier but you said nothing!” He was clearly having a bad day and being disrespectful to customers. He didn’t apologise so I decided to go elsewhere where customers get treated better.

Got followed by security for most of the time I was shopping then I got yelled at by security for going to pick up a basket while I was shopping. Once I showed the security guard that I wasn't stealing anything, I didn't get an apology or even an acknowledgement of fault.

This is one of the busiest CVS locations I’ve patronized. Most of the time the customer service is good. The deals are fantastic!
However, this store has a hard time staying stocked with everything!

Very rude people at the cashier stations. Coolers have been broken for weeks. This store doesn't begin to compare to the Walgreens across the street.

I go here pretty frequently with my wife to grab her "pick-and-pack" orders. The staff is very friendly, but last night, I was verbally accosted and assaulted by their "security." My wife was patiently waiting in line to get her order, and I went down an aisle to see if they had an item. The aisle was almost completely blocked by "security," who had her legs well apart, arms out at her sides, and was trying to appear intimidating to obstruct the aisle's entrance. I said "excuse me" as I navigated going around her. She made no eye contact and barely moved. They didn't have the item I was looking for, so I headed back down the aisle. The "security" woman was still blocking the aisle, completely, so I said "excuse me" again, and tried to negotiate a way around her, while wearing a backpack. As I rounded her side, I barely brushed her, and she erupted and complained loudly and over-dramatically that I bumped her. I calmly explained that she was deliberately blocking the aisle, and had not moved. She then started attacking me with strings of profanity. I asked her what her name was, and she stormed off asking me my name, which I stated clearly for her. I pointed out that the store has security cameras, and there is a record of exactly what transpired. I then asked her what her name was again, and she responded with a string of foul profanity at me, telling me, "You can't get me fired, I don't work for CVS." I asked for her name and few more times, before a store employee we know came over, said "I'm really sorry about her," and escorted her away while she was loudly using profanity against me, again. CVS literally needs a security guard to handle their "security." As we left, the cashier we know also apologized for the woman's remarkably inappropriate and offensive behavior. I plan on contacting CVS' corporate office, as well as their security vendor. A terrible experience.

Self-check out not easy to use. However, good location by Red Line.
