Everyone is talking about the pharmacists, but they neglect to talk about the staff Specifically Roberto, Greer, and Victor. In addition to being efficient, they remember me from my earlier visits which created a warmer atmosphere, which is not something expected in a city. If you read this Roberto, you're the goat.

I got my booster shot at this CVS. I got the first two shots in other CVS, both times they offered a bottle of water afterwards while waiting for that 15mins. This CVS they didn’t. I thought okay maybe they don’t do that anymore but when I was about to leave, one stuff offered water to another white woman. I saw that and I asked if I can get a bottle of water as well just in case. That stuff told me “Oh she’s just… we sell water, you can buy it there“. To be honest a bottle of water doesn’t matter is not a big deal but how they treat white woman so differently from Asian woman. This is not acceptable.

Rhema the Pharmacist is the best. So friendly and helpful. She remembers your name and asks how you're doing.I will return in an instant if they get a loading zone.I just don't want to pay for the parking meter to just pick up a prescription.(too far to walk 8 months of the year when it's cold outside.)I tried the CVS close to my house on Ohio street and the service there is too inconsistent. (sad)

The pharmacist is awesome. This store continues to be problematic with their handling of coupons. We received a 30% off coupon and I was purchasing many items and they would not honor the coupon, because I could not remember my wife's phone number. The whole point of coupons are to encourage you to use the store and experience CVS. Instead, they did not give me the 30% off and I will be avoiding this store. This is not the first time, but I believe this is the last time I will be coming to this store. Just a terrible experience.

I love this location. I would never think to review a CVS but my experience here is always great. The staff is really nice, the hours are good and it's clean unlike a lot of drugstores. But mostly importantly the workers actual smile and greet you. Surprised how rare that is today.

The Indian pharmacist Sam saved my marriage life, he recommended over the counter vitamins to my wife and she finally got pregnant. I will name my son after him. CVS lucky to have you. Thank you Sam

Everyone at the pharmacy is great but I have to give an extra call out to pharmacist, Ms Patel. She is amazing and gives you as much time as you need to feel comfortable with any newly prescribed medication and actively looks for interactions between my meds.Thank you for being great ????????

Be cautious at this CVS. I went and bought Dayquil/Nyquil Severe and picked it off the shelf. After 2 days of using the product it turns out it was EXPIRED for more than 2 months.I took it to CVS and though the cashiers provided an apology and issued a refund, the Manager shrugged her shoulders and refused to help or take accountability.Be careful and check the expiration date.

Tried to go in 9.5 months pregnant with a toddler through the snow- got turned away bc there was 10 min left of senior hours which I understand but pregnant women are also high risk for covid. This is the second time they have turned me away 8-9 months pregnant with a toddler walking through the snow. I will be going to Walgreens from now on.

Decent CVS, has a lot of the stuff one would expect from a pharmacy, and at semi-decent prices. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the lines are never too long. Also good location, right next to a Divvy station.

When this CVS first opened I was very disappointed. I went to this location when it first opened, and I had a bad experience. The staff working there at the time wasn't rude, but they were a bit indifferent to me as a customer. For example, when I went to the checkout they were very robotic. I typically go to another CVS in River North that suits my needs and had much nicer and engaging staff. I much preferred that location. However, I recently when back to this location and I was pleasantly surprised. On my most recent visit I purchased a wedding anniversary card for my parents and a Diet Coke. This time, the staff was much nicer. They greeted me as I entered and were nice and engaging at the check out, but there are still some aspects of this CVS that need improvement. The layout is a bit off. Although it is laid out in the typical isles, the greeting card was section is hidden ok the back wall and it seemed divided up. It would have been much nicer if it the greeting card section was located in one of the isles. While this is not first choice CVS location, clearly things are improving here.
