Trung in the pharmacy department is so delightful, I usually come back to this pharmacy even after switching neighborhoods. Thanks so much again for everything! overall, at this cvs, there is very friendly customer service here. the associates near the front door are always friendly and respectful. I’ve been able to get what I need in a pinch when other stores were closed.

Pharmacy is closed from 1:30 to 2 (but when you call at 12:30 it will say it’s closed for lunch because that’s what’s on the CVS website, so they just do not take calls for an hour apparently.) Just thought this should be posted on google for other people to see so they don’t get irritated like I did. Pretty inconvenient for customers, but also people need to eat.

Tried to buy gift cards. Machine would let me but guy said I had to go to the counter.Went to the counter and he said “machine says there’s an error so I guess we can’t sell any gift cards” (with a terrible attitude btw) then let me do it on the machine! How do you have an entire walls of gift cards and not let people buy them lol

My wife went in for a couple things, I stayed outside. She came out very upset with the customer service there. She doesn't get upset like I do so I know it was for real. She said the cashier had an attitude. What has this world come to. If you don't like your job, then quit.

Worker gave me the look of annoyance and disappointment for not knowing basic things like a self checkout. She did not have a welcoming tone or look and was overall not a place I will return to. Prices are too high anyways. Stay clear of this and go somewhere else to at least feel welcomed.

Out of most items and tried signing me up for a $10/mo membership without my permission at checkout. They told me to hit Agree to the terms and to just cancel after signing up if I had a problem with it. When I declined the cashier was short with me. I would be careful here if you are not sending someone who is sensitive to scams.

I was out of meds.Pharmacy told me to call back Monday.I called back Monday. They told me they'd have to order it.They just told me it won't be in until noon today.So now I have to wait 3 days because they didn't have It in stock.When I explained this. I got no apology.I'm done with this Pharmacy after this.
