I wanted to pay for a bottle of water at the self-checkout. I only had 13 cents left to pay when an error appeared on the screen, and the manager couldn’t help me or return the money. He scanned the water again and told me to pay for it all over again.

I had a very disappointing experience at this CVS Pharmacy. The Mucinex is locked up, so you have to take a card up to the pharmacy counter to get the product. I picked a card for a $15 Mucinex, but when I checked out, the pharmacist gave me a $40 one without telling me. I didn’t notice until I got to my car. When I immediately went back inside to return it, they refused, saying it couldn’t be returned because I had walked out of the store. The pharmacist was extremely rude throughout the whole situation.
This feels like they are scamming customers who trust the staff to give them the correct item. Make sure to double-check your receipt before leaving, because they clearly have no problem overcharging you and refusing to fix it.

I was just at CVS and had to speak with the Pharmacist, he was very pleasant, and patient. He made an experience I thought was going to be bad actually turn out good. I was there to get a vaccination awhile back and he did it as well and the whole experience was just good.

The manager on duty today helped me use my cvs rewards to save over 50 percent on my purchase. She's very nice, and always helpful but especially today.

What an embarrassing shithole of a store for the neighborhood. Are all CVS stores falling apart and staffed with dead-eyed morons? Staff is pathetic, shelves are bare, have to wait 20 minutes to buy diapers because there's empty boxes on the shelves. Sad. Shut this joke of a business down and take yourselves to a regular, functioning Walgreens.

I've had great experience with CVS I don't know if it matters on the pharmacist today you took 8 hours to get a script filled. I can wish I could work at their pace I wouldn't be working

Carolina in the pharmacy is a customer service gem! ? She was so patient with me and the clinic while a rx was being coordinated. I know these hiccups can be frustrating at times, but Carolina was calm, pleasant, and I didn't feel like a burden. Thank you for being great!

I made a mistake in saying that the pharmacy was mediocre and they never received the prescriptions sent by the doctors. It was just a mistake in the direction. They sent the prescription to 6200 W Higgins (cvs closed) and the correct one is 6417 W Higgins. I apologize.

Was told by the store manager Liz that you can't get cvs giftcard here because it is a 24/7 store. CVS website says you can purchase one at any store.

Norvell provided excellent service tonight. She asked me upon entering if I needed help finding anything and pointed me in the right direction. When I got to the checkout she noticed I had the incorrect item, and retrieved the correct one from the back. We'll done, you are an asset to CVS.
