Initially this employee directed me to the correct aisle for my Areds 2 vitamins. Later when I didn't want to use the self-checkout because I wanted to take advantage of all of my discounts, she assisted me. She explained each: CVS coupons, my monthly $10 discount, and my insurance OTC benefits. After all of her help, my charges went from $31.99 to just 14 cents.
She was patient, kind, and helpful. So glad I chose the CVS on Lawrence/Central to shop.

Pharmacy I barely answering the phone, and when it finally they are not helpful just try to finish call quickly. I would recommend chose another pharmacy for your prescriptions.

I had two appointments back to back with my 2 kids here today on 4/23/2025. The CVS minute clinic with Michelle Richardson was a great experience. She was very sweet and friendly yet very professional at what she did. She was so good with my kids on diagnosing and getting them checked for the symptoms they had. She is a wonderful clinic physician and a pleasure to be cared for under. Thank you for the wonderful appointment experience! 😊

March 15,2025 saturday at 7pm- the black lady with a curly hair at the counter was rude. Hope management can see this post and do something. If you hate talking and assisting customers then dont work in customer service! If youre having a bad or tiring day and so does your customers! Been shopping in this branch for 4yrs now and this was the first time I felt unwelcomed and disrespected in this place.

To be clear, the people that work here are wonderful. My 1 star review is aimed at the corporate management who decided they don't care about customer service or providing a warm and friendly atmosphere. Instead they opt for cold brutal "efficiency" and don't even let pharmacists answer the phone anymore. Can't pay people to talk to the customer.
What a joke of a "pharmacy" and company. I called trying to ask the pharmacy a question so I do and I get stuck in robot call hell. It wastes my time for at least 5 minutes in menus before I get to the point that I should be able to talk to a human and... nope. I get the privilege to leave a voice mail. Then I get told that maybe, only MAYBE will I receive a call back. That is insane. I will be switching pharmacies. And I don't mean CVS locations. I'm done with this company.

Every time I go shopping at CVS at 4801 N Central it goes very well. I
I would like them to have more staff who speak Spanish but it is not mandatory. And Gain + Aroma Boost Original Scent HE Compatible Liquid Laundry Detergent 46 FL OZ is always out of stock. Thank you
