I'm located in South loop and have been coming here for a few years now. The guys are very quick in comparison to other shops and will turnaround repairs faster than most, even during peak cycling season. They seem well loved by all their customers and will make sure your bike is fixed at a fair price.

Very rude, short and seemed like he didn’t want my business. Then when it’s all said and done the flat that I came in with deflated right away. I went back and got it fixed but it deflated again on the way back. Went to another better shop and the problem was simple.Sloppy work.Won’t be coming back.

I've usually had decently-priced, good and (if they are not overbooked) quick service here. I do appreciate that they are willing to do emergency or next-day-of repairs, as some other Southtown shops are less accomodating and require onerous wait times. They also take pride in their work: I got a flat changed at no charge one time when I got one right after they looked at my bike. I encourage the uppity gentrifiers who take umbrage with the mechanic's indeed fairly gruff attitude to take a chill pill. This is Chicago, we all got places to be.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. I have only visited for minor fixes which I have not yet been charged for which I am really appreciative about

This shop is a hidden gem in South Loop. My bike chain seized up on me and thankfully I remembered this bike shop a few blocks from my apartment. I was expecting to drop the bike off for a pickup later in the week but the owner helped me out and had my bike better than new in about 45 minutes. The prices were extremely reasonable as well. I highly recommend!

Stopped by with some bike issues and he was super helpful! Took his time to fix some of the minor issues we were having. Highly recommend and will be back with questions or if need to purchase something.

I was on my way to Chinatown when my left brake blew out, and my bike was rattling like crazy the whole way there. This was the closest bike shop I could find and the gentleman fixed my bike right up!! It was so quick and he knew exactly what he was doing, didn’t charge me anything. The front of the shop looks a little rough and it’s kind of hard to see inside, but it’s a great place once you go in and I couldn’t have been happier with my experience. Thought I’d leave them a nice review for helping me out free of charge :)

The inside may look like an eccentric uncle's cluttered garage, but this shop has always given me exceptional service at reasonable prices and surprisingly short turnaround times.

I got 2 repairs on my bike this week and had a great experience both times. Fair prices and a no bs kinda atmosphere that I enjoyed. Safe to say I'll be back for all my bike needs and I might bring a friend

Spent over $100 for a tune up on two bikes. Got bikes back and my pedal fell off on one during the first ride. Chains weren't even greased. Not convinced they did anything at all.
