The receptionist who is in front receiving the boxes is very rude, she gets upset when you bring her boxes and when you dial the tracking number she doesn't want to give them! He is always on the defensive, now they came out with the fact that they sent boxes through PMM and the tracking number appears as invalid and they give no reason, I thought it would be better to look for another parcel because they have already had that attitude for a couple of months more than anything. Whoever attends, it's a shame since they did it very well 6 months ago.

My package arrived, but I could not track it quickly as soon as it crossed the border, and the information they gave me when I called by phone was inaccurate. In a branch they told me that it had only been leaving for a few days and that it had another week left, and in another that would arrive to me in one more day as soon as I crossed the border, which was true.

I sent 2 boxes in November and two in December, but with the problem at the border the delivery was delayed too much and I read very bad comments and I was really worried, but finally the staff supported me at all times and although there were .problem in the delivery office in Mexico, I understood that for the customer's safety they have to ensure delivery to the indicated person, and the comments that the boxes arrive almost empty I do not believe it because the boxes are well protected and cannot be Open no one other than the owners of them, thank you for the support and the good treatment that I received from the staff.

I am very upset, today they delivered my box, it was already more than a month old, and my family was waiting, with joy, what was the surprise that they looted the box, they stole more than 7 pairs of new tennis shoes, all of which I had sent for my son and my wife, a devil's skate that was a gift for my son, a digital board for photos, women's underwear and children's underwear, beach socks and my son's pants. That one buys with a lot of effort. They say it is a safe and reliable company. I no longer believe it, I would like them to take action on the matter and not let this go unpunished. Why am I going to use the networks to demonstrate this act, so that no one knows where my things were. Be careful, they opened the box and had the nerve to look through it and choose the most expensive thing in it. How angry ? I'm waiting for a response and not just what they say that they are improving their services, ??????

My boxes have arrived safely in all these past years until this year. I sent two, one arrived safely and the second took a while to arrive and when they finally told me where it was they went for it and it arrived almost empty. Not everything I had sent arrived. It means that they opened it and took things out. And they closed it again but not how they sealed it here in the office in front of me. I don't know when it opened last but they took things away because not even half of what I sent arrived. And now they are only with what customer service and customer service and no one is going to respond? Since one pays to send things. It's not free. I am very disappointed.

I don't even deserve a star. Last month I made two shipments to Mexico and the truth is, very bad service. They didn't know where the boxes that I had sent were and apart from that, the two boxes arrived incomplete. They took out a lot of things. It's not okay for them to do that. You pay for it. The service is not just, I am, there are many of us, what has happened to them and they don't give a solution, I don't really recommend it.

I've been a costumer for years and once lost things. But I didn't say anything. It usually just happens that this bad review is because I tried to send two boxes. They told me they could deliver them. I called several times and they told me they delivered them without problems and in the end when I delivered the boxes they told me they couldn't always and I had I have to return for my boxes two weeks later. What kind of business lets its good customers go.

I sent two boxes, the second one they gave me the guide number and everything, and the second one they didn't give me the guide number, the girl who runs the place told me that the system stopped her from dialing the next day to give me my guide number. Dialing for three days and no one answers me, I work every day and I can't go to your office, very bad customer service.
