Stopped in looking for a bracelet, and ended up buying a few pieces. Logan was super helpful and nice. He gave great recommendations and was very knowledgeable. Everyone else was super friendly as well!

I was very surprised by the way the engraving of my ring was handled. Jennifer Zarouchliotis originally quoted me a three week timeframe, come to find out the standard is 5 to 6 weeks for engravings. In the end, it ended up taking two months to get my ring back and I was the one who had to keep calling to check on the status. When I talked to the man at customer service one of the three times that I called, he said he would connect with Jennifer to call me to see if they could do anything to make me have a good experience. I never once received a call back. When I went to go pick up my ring, the sales associate had no idea that I called so many times and even she was surprised when she looked at the timeframe of how long it took for the engraving, she only offered me her apologies. The ignorance and arrogance of this store has completely turned me off to David Yurman and the only good thing about the ring that I purchased is to remind me to take my business elsewhere every time I look at it.

I hadn't been in a DY store in years and was so pleasantly surprised during my visit to the Michigan Avenue store. Logan helped my friend and I through the collections and took the time to educate us on the history of the brand. My friend purchased a ring, and we left feeling excited to come back again. Thank you for the hospitality!

I felt as though I could've been considered the scum of the earth or perhaps an alien based on the way the employees glanced at me upon entering this store. Was it because I was wearing jeans and a t-shirt? How could they presume to know anything about my financial status? Regardless, I deserved more respect. The audacity of the security guard to question whether I should be allowed to browse the store while waiting for my jewelry cleaning appointment instead of waiting outside in the freezing cold... just to then scoff and remark, "it's going to take a while," when in fact it didn't take long at all. Furthermore, I had an appointment, so I expected them to honor their scheduled times. Overall, such a pretentious and discourteous establishment. I had anticipated better service. I hope that security guard finds a therapist; he could benefit from some inner joy and peace.

My boyfriend brought me here out of the blue and let me choose any ring I wanted - the first one given was a crossover and it matched perfectly well, even after trying on numerous others - lovely experiences, very happy and will be returning! This topped off a great work vacation with my boyfriend, was and am so happy with this ring ❤️?

My fiancé and I made an appointment with Randall to find my fiancé's wedding band. Randall helped us select a ring, exchange it for the correct size, and get the ring engraved. I cannot recommend him enough for this special process!

Jennifer Zarouchliotis provided exceptional customer service during my recent visit. She assisted with fixing one of my favorite David Yurman rings that I bended during my workout , provided earring backs, and offered valuable care instructions for my existing pieces. Her extensive knowledge and helpful demeanor made my shopping experience truly enjoyable. I will definitely be coming back for future jewelry needs. Highly recommended!

I want to thank Randall and his team at the Michigan Avenue store. They were so kind and helpful and even ordered a piece on line for me when they did not have the smaller size. It came in two days and was perfect!!! Such a great experience shopping there.

I'm so appalled by the smug, incredibly offensive sales woman I encountered while here. I have a number of pieces from here. Let's just say I will not be coming back to this location ever again. Unfortunate for me considering it's 2 minutes from my place.

I've been a fan of David Yurman's designs for quite sometime and it was a treat to walk into the Chicago store and see what was on display. We were greeted by the most friendly, Randal. It was such a pleasure to work with him. He showed us pieces that we had asked to see and also gave us ideas of what else was available. I initially walked in the door to help my friend make a decision on a purchase, and the three of us all ended up walking out with a special piece. David Yurman designs are stunning and the store display is like walking into an art museum. Everyone in there was extremely friendly and helpful. I'm already looking for a special occasion so I can treat myself again.
