If you have a keyboard with a problem, he will fix it. It won’t take long and he won’t charge you too much. I don’t think you can ask for anything more.

Another win for Deltronics. Brought in 2 vintage 60s and 70s pieces of equipment and fixed within 2 weeks. Haven’t been in for awhile(new place) thankfully cause everything was working. But it’s great to know this place will fix anything I throw at them.

Just outside the Loop in Chicago. I went for an "issue" of a Mackie speaker under warranty. They were very helpful in the process to setup the registration. After a few days they called me to notify about the "issue". Very disappointed with Mackie, in specific with one model, but Very Satisfied with their costumer service. Highly recommend.

Have always had great luck with Deltronics! They may not be the cheapest but they always get it fixed right.

They take a really long time and are way overpriced. I knew that I needed a single hammer pad replaced on my Privia electronic piano when I took it in. The part is $5 from Casio, and they charged $150 for the repair. Either their labor rates are ridiculously high (more than a plumber's) or they seriously pad the bills. This was a thirty minute job for which they billed $145 for labor. I watched people do the entire repair in 20 minutes (youtube) and I probably could have done it myself, but I wanted to make sure it was done correctly by an authorized repair shop. Based on information I'd gathered from others (including my piano instructor), I was anticipating $50-80 for the repair, which I was willing to pay for the peace of mind. Totally not worth the $150 charge and 18 days they had my piano.

Excellent work but my wait was longer then usual because of manufacturing took to long to send them parts they needed so it took them long

Deltronics is the go to spot to get your electronics back on and popping. I took my Avalon 737sp in and a week later it's back in the rack

I brought in a used record player that I bought off eBay for maintenance and repair. Because it’s my first record player, I entrusted it to Deltronics based on friend’s recommendation. At first they said 4–6 weeks. Two weeks after I brought it in, they called to tell me in detail what needed to be fixed and I gave the go-ahead. At this point, all was good.Almost a months later, I had not heard back from them and so I emailed for an update, and they said they were waiting on parts and it’s now going to take 6–8 weeks. Fine, I said I would wait. A month later, I emailed again and they apologized because they were busy moving but my player was being repaired and “hopefully it’ll be done in a few weeks”. I understand that logistics is challenging because of the pandemic, and moving and setting up at a new location can be a lot, so I was willing to accommodate that.Well guess what? One month after they moved I’m still waiting. It’s been more than 3 months, going on 4 now, and it’s still not done. It’s a joke at this point. I’m ready to pick up my player and get it fixed somewhere else.I rarely write reviews but I feel like people need to know what they’re potentially getting themselves into.
