The worst delivery service I have ever used. Avoid at all costs if you care about your packages. They will lose it.
Also, THE worst customer service ever. It took almost an hour to figure out how to get to talk to someone. I was talking to them in circles for 3 weeks until I just gave up and accepted my package was lost forever.
Literally avoid at all costs

I went in to ship books abroad. They told me they need to inspect the books and I wpuod Have to bring my own bubble wrap, foam, tape etc to wrap them. I asked the person at the service counter if they would wrap them as well as I had (They were going to have to intake it all down to inspect the items) and the women did not instill any confidence for me that she would take care in wrapping my books for a long journey abroad. She essentially shrugged and said I dont Know, maybe. To me this is just poor customer service. I briught My books in wrapped to my own standards so they do not get damaged so she can clearly see the level of protection I am Looking for but she didn’t seem to care.

The whole DHL has no option to hold a package at a location for pickup? I got turned away as I didn’t know the address of the DHL location in the destination city (no option to deliver to door in that country)!

I came to this location on and off for the last few years and the service staff WERE mediocre at best. Recently though the staff has been super helpful and friendly, which makes a huge difference in getting questions answered for some of these tricky international shipments.

Super rude. Would not ship anything through there!
I only had to utilize DHL because I was making a return and that’s the shipping that the company uses, but I would pay to ship with someone else because of the treatment

I will never come to this location again the only lady at the desk working talked to one customer for 10 mins about a book she can’t multi task with no consideration of the other 2 customers in line like we are down town paying to park for a certain amount of time. I was in this place for 30mins and it was only 3 of us. It was very rude knowing you have other customers waiting. I will never come here again

The drop off is always a pleasure. Drivers scheduled to pick up just don't show up. I'm in 1 N Franklin and I leave the office early just so I can walk all the why to drop off our INTERNATIONAL packages. Please. Pickup. When. We. Schedule.
