I had put off fixing my personal computer for over two years because of the anticipated cost and the time that it would take to get the job done. I am beyond happy that I was able to find this place!!! My Dell computer was not charging, I was able to give them a call and explain the problem. Not only were they able to identify it and provide a lower than expected quote, when I brought my computer in, they were able to fix it within 2 hours!!! They have many of the parts on site. This place is a hidden gem, if you are reading this I would highly recommend giving them a call...... They are all very nice to speak with and knowledgeable as well..... Thank you very much guys !!!

Give Direct Repair Business Over the Chain Repair Companies!I got my phone repaired at direct repair about a month and a half ago and have had no problems. I went to direct repair after the large phone repair chain claimed they couldn't order a screen for my phone that is less than one year old (S22 Ultra). Direct Repair had no issues ordering the part and I had the phone fixed in a little over two hours. They also helped iterate to my phone insurance company that my phone was significantly damaged (which it was) and I got my claim approved. I would highly recommend going here!

This guy got my laptop working very quickly and didn't charge for it. I assume it was an easy fix, but I appreciate the honest business practice. If anything else breaks, I know I can trust this place.

We took our Mac desktop computer to the Apple Store because the computer was inoperable. Apple said that our hard drive was cashed. It would cost several hundred dollars to replace the hard drive. Long story short, but we decided to take the desk top to Direct Repair just to see how much they would charge to replace the hard drive. The guy at Direct Repair took a quick look at the computer and told us that our problem was not the hard drive and indicated that the actual problem was that the software was corrupted. I argued with him as Apple indicated that the problem was our hard drive. He explained that he tested the hard drive and it was fine and the problem was with the corrupted software. After his explanation we felt comfortable with his assessment. We had a recent backup of our computer so he wiped the computer clean, reinstalled the software and added some RAM (at my request) on our desktop for about $150. Incredibly, he did the work that same day. That was about two months ago. The computer continues to work perfectly. I would not hesitate to recommend this place...they diagnosed the problem correctly, did the work promptly, and the price was reasonable.

This company use to be amazing!! The last couple of times I visited the location for repairs the replacement screens for an iPhone are low quality, part of the screens don’t work, they crack with the slightest drop, & sometimes the color of the background become inverted colors!! This use to be my favorite place for repairs but I just can’t get with low quality products and poor customer service!!! I have to find a new place for repairs!!

The really nice guy in charge spent a lot of time determining that my I-Phone, which had fallen in water, was working fine. He charged nothing at all for his time and expertise. I'm impressed and won't hesitate to take future repairs there.
