Discover Card is the single BEST large corporation out there and the only credit card worth using. I've been using them for over 30 years and I highly recommend them. I'm not a bot.

This company will take your money and make you feel welcome but after you need them to wired money the excuses that they give you and the process to get your money out is like impossible. For example I needed to wired money on line at the end of the transaction you get this message to call them then they tell you that you need to get a public notary to verified is you, then it takes 4 business days. After all of that still not working you call them again now they tell you that they call the public notary and he never answer his phone so I call the public notary and flat out told me that Discover never call him. Now out of no where discover tell me that I needed to do another public notary out of FedEx or UPC. Every agent that you call has a different story and your money sits in there horrible company do not put a dime one this bank.

I had a checking account with them, I did a mobile deposit on a government check, went thru fine then 3 days later Discover closed my account with no explanation why ,they said I would get a letter,they sent me the remaining balance in my account on a check that every bank and store I have taken it to saying their systems won't accept it because it doesn't meet their security features, Discover refused to right their wrong,very unprofessional not worth time to even look at their website, liars and frauds in my opinion

This company is extremely disappointing. They took money out of my account as an applicant, and won’t give me any answers and said I have to wait 8 days. The call centers had me wait 1 hour and didn’t solve any issues. Horrible company. I would strongly suggest using another credit card compnay. These people are extremely unprofessional and even began arguing with me over the phone.

Was on a payment plan and then it expired! I didn’t get a notice in the mail. They emailed it! It was in the spam folder! So they ding my credit when I’ve been making payments for the last year! They told me “oh we can’t help you with the negative credit remark, but please bring your account current.” Don’t do business with this company. They don’t care about what we are experiencing with this pandemic! ?????
