I came in to try on some wigs and Mrs domo helped me out a lot she explain everything to me about the wigs she even help me pick some good wigs out for my birthday talk to me with kindness, she was very respectful and she just such a vibe. I’m glad she is working at your guys beauty supply store the beauty supply has clothes buy one get one free wig and more.

This store is so racist and disrespectful! In March 2024 I was rudely followed out of the store and down the street by one of the cashiers who rudely thought i stole something! Not everyone comes to this store to steal and not all black people are robbers. I would NEVER steal from any business or any person. Treat customers with respect if you want to keep business at this location. I am so traumatized that I don't even go to this location anymore nor this neighborhood. I have never experienced anything like this and I have been in Chicago 45 years!! Disgusting the way this store treats people. To anyone reading, save your money and go to another store where you'll be welcome!
