this store needs a zero rating terrible staff. with horrible customer service. Hours of operation are 8am-9pm however, they lock the doors before 830pm with a whole store full of customers inside. As customers let them selves out. The door was open I went in the employee was swing her arms around screaming closed. i said well hours are till 9 and still people in here.. and proceeded to buy my 1 item, payed left the store with recipt still in hand. about 500 ft from store I was harassed by CPD that the employees called on me. what a joke! please take your business somewhere else as I will be.

First, I have to say this was some of the best looking fruit I’ve seen in a Dollar General hands-down it was fresh. It wasn’t smashed. It wasn’t mushy. It was very clean and the layout was easy to find stuff. My only issue was I came in to pick up two things which were not on the shelf because the whole thing was empty. It is lunchtime so maybe they have not had a chance to stock. But they have two discount shelves that says price as marked, but it is not marked none of them. So you would have to go to the cash register have them see how much it is. if I happen to be in this area again and have to run in real quick to pick up something I will go to the other one that is like a mile away that one seems to have the two items I was actually looking for in stock

I’m not sure if they hired a new manager or it’s a wannabe manager, BUT she was being discriminatory against a customer of color. Customer came in with a box of diapers and as he was leaving she right away assumed he was stealing them since he didn’t purchase anything, an associate was at the register and told her multiple times that the guy came in with the box as he witnessed the customer walk in with it, she was being stubborn and kept thinking he was stealing. She’s light skinned and has ombré blonde hair. This happened December 18.

By far the worst or the worst. I came in to get some stuff and almost all shelves are empty. The cashier she had red hair, she was on the phone with someone speaking so loudly it wasn’t even an emergency call just a conversation with someone gossiping. She spoke Spanish, I understood most of what she was saying. While attending a black woman she was on the phone talking about how much she hates them like while attending one, on the phone speaking Spanish the poor woman didn’t even understand her. Then she attended another lady and was complaining about customers using coupons.

The hours on the door say 8 to 9 but they are never open on time you knock on the door at 8:07 a.m. and are ignored very poor way of treating your customers then people wonder why stores like this close and people take their business somewhere else

Rude costumer service from the cashier. I think she wasn't having a good day cause she was talking on the Bluetooth with an attitude she talked to me the same way as she was talking to someone on the phone I'll definitely not going to shop there anymore ?

Never open at 8am like it says on the door and online. Always closes early never til their scheduled hours of operation.

The place supposedly closes at 9pm. On Friday at 8:30 pm the manager tells us it closed at 5. I couldn't do my shopping for the same reason. When I went to pay I told the manager or cashier that they should change their hours and say they close at 8:35pm instead of 9pm. He just didn't tell me no it's ok.

I came into dollar general at 11:20 . previously they posted no cash back until after 11:00am now the sign say 11:30 . I laughed casually and advised the young gentleman that I will wait for the 10 min . At 11:30 i go to the register and the same gentleman say we can’t give you cash back now as we just switch out the register . i asked why would they make it not available at the time posted and he proceeded to say again they switched out the register and they can’t provide cash back with smiles on their face . I genuinely feel discriminated against as there was no reason they should’ve switch out the register at the exact time they were to provide cash back .

I enjoyed shopping at this store but recently they have had staff changes and the people there now are not their best when it comes to customer service and assisting when help is needed. Recently, my online orders are always cancelled due to out of stock items, but I have gone into the store the same day and to check to see if this is true and it is not. It seems they just don't care to make sales. Very disappointing and it seems they just don't care anymore.

Always trying to sell their expired soda, they lie everytime too saying they were scammed by the people delivering the product bulk to them but they continue doing it even after. They're just being cheap and trying to make profit anyway with expired stuff. Pops are flat and taste funky, all the bottles and cases have dust on them. Be careful here.
