I usually have pretty good service at this store but lately they are closing and locking their doors 10+ minutes before closing time. The staffing is typically low, which results in lines all down the aisles and ridiculous wait times

I visited the store on 04/04/2024. Good selection of items. It was a long line one young lady working with a brace on her arm. I needed a price check of course I was waiting until she cleared the line. I see a young lady come from the back. I spoke and asked her she said she would have to scan the tag okay thank you. I'm just browsing around got ready to check out with my mom. The manager come to find out the next day 04/05/2024. Mom spent link got a receipt. I had two baskets with my mom kitchen towels. $9 for basket had two. I didn't get a receipt didn't realize until I got home and the baskets were too big. Played back in my head no receipt was given. I called four times no answer Raven is the manager. Went back same day she was gone. Today 04/05/2024 the young lady with the brace remembered me, I asked was the other young lady there no. I told her why I was there. I understand no receipt no refund that's why I went back to see her who rang my stuff up. Mind you she was on the phone manager the whole time.

Who doesn't like Dollar General! The prices are good and there is a lot of things for your home, office, food produce, personal items and more, I only wish we had one closer to where I live.

Shawn impressed me with his hard work. While 3 other employees stood in the back of the store gossiping about some drama Shawn was literally working his butt off. There was a good selection. I would've given 4 stars if the other employees weren't so lazy

Horrible.I placed a pickup order through the app, they cancelled it and gave no explanation! So unprofessional as well the way they answer the phone. Never again , I tried the pick up as it was on my way home from work but never again.

The problem I have at these locations you have the manager in the office watching customers seeing if they're going to steal instead of being on the floor at the register and getting people in and out we are under the coronavirus pandemic right now and I don't like long lines in stores or restaurants then you get that automation machine that comes on saying we're here to secure the store is everybody okay and I noticed that comes on when blacks are in the location.
