One of the most ratchet dollar trees I’ve been to. Literally saw a little girl throw a glass cup to another woman. Was a little girl wrong yes she was wrong however so was the other girl for starting things and being super loud. In addition, I would say is the workers’s fault too because the line was long and instead of letting the people who have been waiting in line go first they’ll let the people in back of the line. Skip the line and go to the other registers that became open.. in order to avoid people getting angry and annoyed. They should have said next person in line go to register four. However, because they’re super unorganized people got aggravated and started to act out.. when I started to voice my opinion a woman had the audacity to look at me, straighten the eyes and say you have a lot to say. Why do I have a lot to say because I stayed at facts? Definitely one of the most ratchet dollar trees I’ve been to.

I waited in line to pay I was in line over 6-7 minutes there was a couple Infront and one behind me . The couple behind me left and Once I was next the cashier who I believe her name is DAISY told me that her register was closed. I said I been waiting here over 6 minutes can she just take me cuz I’m last in line. She said I have to ask my manager. Mind you she was still tendering the couple Infront. Then she said she had to be off by 4:30. It was so embarrassing to sit for over 5 minutes in line and she could have let me know she was closing instead of letting me sit and wait and then close on me. She was very rude and didn’t care less for me as a customer. I always come spend my money but I don’t like getting treated bad. She had a very ugly attitude and I won’t be returning here. I’ll rather go to family dollar on 51st and western.
Please train these cashier in customer service and how to properly communicate with guest. Also why is she yelling that she has to be off twice. That is not professional at all.

I'd like to go to Dollar Tree all the time. It's to get lip minor things.For nice price and they have good things. Sometimes, sometimes they don't.Sometimes the shields will not stop but I love going to dollar tree anyway

It’s A ALMOST New Location With Mostly Positive Energy When It Comes To “MOST” Of Their Cashiers & Their Costumer Service Skills Micaela Goes Above & Beyond To Help Me Find Whatever I Need & She Doesn’t Mind Going Out Of There Way At All To Assist With The Utmost Patience, Integrity & Compassion. If It Wasn’t For Those Four I Wouldn’t Have Given 5 Stars Because Of One Cashier’s Rudeness (Last Year) With Her Negative Body Language & Facial Expressions. She Rolled Her Eyes At Me In Front Of Everyone, But No Question Is Too Dumb To Ask & Even If She Think It Was, She Shouldn’t Show It. She Needs To Learn From Kelly, Jevelyn, Carla & Monica About Having Ethics, Integrity, Kindness, Patience & Compassion. I’m A Disabled Grandmother With Physical & Cognitive Disabilities & I’m Not Perfect By Far, But I Don’t Want To Ever Again Walk Out Of There Feeling Sad, Humiliated & Embarrassed In Front Of Everyone Like The 1 Cashier Made Me Feel. I Hope That Cashier Gets Some Sort Of Sensitivity Training Class/Course On How To Treat People With Cognitive Disabilities Or The Way She’d Want Her Own Grandmother Treated So That This Awesome Location Won’t Get Any Type Of Costumer Service Complaints Instead Of The Commendations. 💫 Kelly, Jevelyn, Carla & Monica Deserve Commendations & I’m Thankful For Those Four Genuinely Kindhearted “Earth Angels”.😇 I Sincerely Appreciate All Four Of Them!🌞

I went to dollar tree yesterday and I found a lot of great items I could reference from Facebook ?, there were Christmas ? decorations and Halloween ? decorations, I were shopping ?️ for Bread ? and found Sara Lee butter ? bread. I were able to find very fine juice and gift bag, toys ?, facial moisturizer ?, and mango ? moisturizer for my hair and body, I found eczema lotion, and pain cream. Oh and fish ? oil. I've never had eczema or needed fish oil pills, I am able to see what's for me, or what I'm saying for myself at dollar tree ?.
