Stopped by to get last minute birthday card and gift. The place wasn't busy. A great place to get liquid death iced teas and waters for less. They don't have a public bathroom. Some staff speak Spanish.

Going to dollar tree I know I’m on a budget. I told the cashier I had a set amount on my ebt card, knowing I was going to pay the difference. I explained to him I had 7.35 and he didn’t type anything in. I explained what I wanted to do bc literally in any other store that’s what you do. Start with what you can on ebt and then pay the remaining balance. I needed what I went to get but it messed up my balances. They need to better train their cashiers.

Tell me, is it ok that this Dollar Tree adds 3 different tax charges:
Sale Tax= 0.31¢, Beverage Tax 0.05¢, & Food Tax 0.06¢?
Why the Sale Tax when there's a food tax.
* This is ridiculously bad for Americans. Inflation is a problem in America & is getting worse. ' I blame greedy Business people and greedy politicians.... unbelievable. Just look at that sales tax.'

Had the worst experience ever when I came in today. I was purchasing a gift card and was in line. When I finally get to the front, the cashier which was super nice asks the lady at the other register how to process it. However the other lady has attitude and proceeds to say only I can do it as a manager. She has an attitude and tells me that I need to get in the back of the line so she can process the transaction. However I was in line and it was my turn . She proceeded to roll her eyes and ignore me. I also noticed her attitude towards the employee and she was being very rude. I asked the employee for her Name and she said it was Denise. I decided not to get back in line for a second time and leave. Honestly worst experience ever at this dollar tree. This lady has a horrible attitude. If she is the manager I don’t think she deserves that position.

Worst experience of any dollar tree. When me and my mother went in we had a question about exchanging items and when the manager was called up ( a big woman with glasses ) she gave us the worst attitude and then proceeded to give attitude the the nice employee with puffy curly hair. She then proceeded to call us a liar when we told her we bought the items in the morning and walked away from the situation instead of helping us out. We will definitely be calling corporate and hopefully dollar tree fired this woman since she is dragging this place down, and I know we are not the only once with this issue because before us we heard a couple try to ask her questions and she told them that she was busy and walked away as well horrible customer service, we will never shop here again

The new gentleman that works at nights in the cashier that has sweater saying point/range and like a armycap with some words on hes sweater saying "we did it" or "made it happen " with some.jesus hands on the sweater needs to be fired or have him train again on how to treat customers and do he's job instead of having customers do he's job and if you say something hes quick toresponse back with a smart answer instead of being fast with job this is bad service he's makes this store look bad and since he seems to stress when there a long line and kids around ! If u can't stand being around little kids or other customers of race he shouldn't be working there! I asked him for he's name and he didn't tell me he's name I asked for he's nam e tag he said they don't wear name tags. This guy needs to be discipline or removes from he's job. I asked him for the manager and he said he was the manager on site. I just grabbed my stuff and left bad service !!!

Amazing employees amazing manager that I got to deal with today unfortunately, some of the customers are not so nice. Just witnessed an employee being completely rude to the manager on duty and she handled it very well. The young woman was cussing at her and she told her to have a blessed day. We need more people like that manager Way to go!
