This store is near me but I go out my way to avoid it. The store is always cluttered with boxes & the shelves are nearly empty. The only good thing about this store is the employees, they are friendly & helpful.

It's cluttered but the location is very convenient, they need more employees to stock properly and cashiers to just accommodate the customers when the peak hours of store is high all hands on deck accommodate the customers employees still be stocking see the lines are long then the cashier will call for backup but the employees can see the lines are long why do lazy people get up in the morning don't like the job they signed up for have a mean mug on their face like you did it to them if it wasn't for the people patronizing this location it wouldn't be here do your job

I find it interesting that the cashier didn’t give me my change after I declined to give a donation to their toy drive. It’s not my job to provide toys for other people children, when I have my own children.
Isn’t that actually theft?

This store has mix match door handles and
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else...
I went in for cash back...
But not only does the entire store refuse...they even told me to go to Walgreens.
Apparently they got so much in house theft going on ...
They don't allow customers to do anything.
Poorest customer service skills ever...

I just left the store as of 11/12/2023, I saw some clothes marked $1 dollar. I took it to register and the a lady who claimed to be the manager at the store said she rang the clothes and was coming up as $2.50 in the register. I informed her to check the tag, which says $1. This lady saw the price on the clothes as $1, and refused to sell it as mentioned on the tag. Instead, she said, we can call better bureau, but will never sell the clothes for $1. I informed her that when customer sees a price on the tag and the price has increased, by law, the price listed in the tag is what should be honor. She removed the $ 1 dollar tag and said it is $2.50.Clearly, this store has misled its customers and the cashier and so called manager was rude about it.I have the picture of the price tag and recording of the interaction with the so called manager, which will be reported to the better bureau tomorrow. I will also call the corporate office. You cannot mislead customers and get stock in your ways by being rude.Where is customer service ethics? These people acted ghetto at this store. Run far away from this store. They are not professional.

I went for razors and new years eve party stuff they didnt have either. Did have plenty of Christmas ornaments, bags etc and a nice assortment. Some shelves were empry.
