June 8, 2024 just left Dollar Tree approx 10:20am I experience Awesome customer service.
The energy was upbeat which inspired me to shop more, I was about to leave cause my item was not available.
Thank you for that new Great neighborhood shopping experience.
Bonus for the cashier who was awesome!

A friend and I saw the new manager tussle with a customer slinging her everywhere, also it looked like he hit her. Don't you suppose to call the police instead of fighting over a customer shopping cart when someone could have gotten hurt.

‼️‼️NEW MANAGEMENT ALERT‼️‼️
When I tell you Im so happy my dollar tree has new Management!!! This is a long time coming because all previous Managers DID NOT CARE! Such a difference now, they actually have products and the store is cleaner!! The shelves are stocked yall!!! Come take a look for yourself! I hope he stays here cause this store needed him badly! Hes awesome but I didnt get his name, I shop there all the time so il get it next time. Thanks dollar tree your new pick of a manager is appreciated by the community.

The manager and her crew were working as a team to assist the customers. They were friendly, polite and efficient in helping me find what I needed .

Manager here is very unprofessional as an negative attitude and gets upset every time a customer ask for balloons and lies about not having helium…..corporate this location needs a revamp…….

I just left this location. There was an older lady who brought some items to the register and also wanted to buy some balloons. The lady asked if she had white the manager said no I’m out of stock. The lady list off 3 more colors and the manager says I don’t have those either. Instead of the manager telling the lady what she had, the manager grew irritated and just kept saying no out of stock. The lady then said it seems like you don’t have anything. The manager says with an attitude “yeah let’s just go with that.”The lady then says ok you can take the other items off and walks out the store.The manager then turns to another store associate and says “I want you to remember her face because I’m not gonna serve her anymore.” The manager continue to talk down on the lady even though the whole experience, the manager was the one with the attitude.
