This dollar tree has the best employees; very friendly and attentive but omg they’re always short staffed!! It’s a pain having to go into that store because it’s always long lines due to only have 1 person 5 times out of 7 days at the register. While others are stocking or unpacking. Don’t
enter if you’re busy, you’ll be there 10-15mins in line waiting.

I believe that the Dollar Tree store at 1514 west 33rd might be pulling a scam on customers. I bought two shoe cleaners at the counter, and when I got home and checked my receipt, I saw that I had been charged for five shoe cleaners instead of two. And when I went back to the store, I was told to leave my number, and that the cameras would be reviewed about my complaint. And after calling over seven times, the manager finally answered my call. And I told her that I am a senior citizen and a two time cancer survivor, and that I can’t afford to be cheated out of anything.
And she said that she didn’t ask me if I was an American citizen?!? And the call cut off. And after I immediately called back, she told me that they had got very busy at the store and that she didn’t have the time to review the video yet. And that she would review the video and call me back. And I told her that I had already lost money in buying gas to reach the store. And now I’m going to either be spending more to come and pick up my money, or filing a lawsuit against them.
This might be a big racket with the clerks and management involved in scamming people. Beware at the 1514 west 33rd street store.

I bought a snack tray. When I got home I realized that it was cracked, took tray back for a new one and the manager was very rude and nasty to me. She accused me of using the tray and insulted me in front of everyone. Of all the years that I have been buying from Dollar tree this has never happened happened before. I will not be shopping at this store anymore. ?

This store is clean, well stocked shelves, variety of frozen veggies, fruits, microwaveable dinners, snacks, ice cream,Popsicles etc. Cashiers r very pleasant and fast checkouts..

I had a very bad experience with a (Judith) associate, she was very rude and dry, when I asked for help. It was so bad I avoid that store.
