I always find something (or more haha) whenever I go to Dollar Tree. The lines can get long and slow, but I'm a patient person so that doesn't bother me. I always enjoy and Dollar Tree I go to. And the cashiers are always cordial and kind.

I was there in line around four pm when I witnessed a manager or trainer yelling at a cashier about an item that was not even unboxed yet or stocked to go and retrieve a ballon from the unboxed merchandise and only used her finger too point where it was at and when the cashier walked passsed it she snapped on her and was talking very loudly so and unprofessional towards her and all the customers heard it and on top of that the manger was just standing there not helping or assisting customers just running her mouth embarrassing her employee which made me and other customers in line very uncomfortable i feel sorry for anyone working there who has too put up with her loud mouth and disrespect she should be reported immediately or fired I find it ridiculous that a older women around her age ask so childish due to this experience I will never be attending the store again. I had too even apologize too the cashier herself for her own behavior if she wants too work on retail she should learn how too speak too others first.

WORST LOCATION EVER !
not only just in the area, but out of all the dollar trees in chicago
I’m always in the area and try and remind myself why I DONT SHOP THERE
* morning time during working hours there’s a long line or night time Regardless 5 o’clock traffic time to even 7,8 when it should be slower, theres always like 3-5 people in line the store which i can’t understand what can literally be so hard
*FILTHY AND DISORGANIZED
*NEVER ENOUGH STAFF
*NO GOOD PRODUCT (I say I am a dollar tree fan and this one never has anything new or anything interesting and even the basic necessities that they do have they rarely have any in stock or on the shelves it’s either in boxes or scatter it all over the place at different sections
*ONLY CASH TRANSACTIONS randomly announced with no signs posted
So you start waiting in a huge line just so they could tell you that they’re only accepting cash
I don’t know who is managing this location, but That’s the time to refresh everything!

Very bad service, they treat you badly, the girl who, according to me, is the manager, I don't know how you have that position when you don't have the education to deal with people, if you want them to treat you badly, be sure to buy from this dollar store and before choosing a manager, you have one. What to send to preparation to know how to treat people

This store is in severe need of sercurity the immigrants rob this store blind every day until the point their is no products left for buyers just this week alone I witness them fill up bags and run out of the store and today fill up a shopping cart they weren't able to get out the door so they simply pushed it to the exit and took turns coming in and out stealing the stuff in it and the fact that its always on 2 employees before closing is crazy why would you not have a full staff during the the most busiest time of day

Store really needs sercurity I watched a lot of Hispanic people pretend to need help to distract staff while the others steal they come in pretending to be families shopping but they all are working together to steal even the children one kid simply took off her old shrit and put on another from the shelf they also leave behind such a big mess that makes the store look terrible and the staff has to clean up behind them very sad
