Oh my goodness, this Dollar Tree was just horrible! Let’s start off with the outside appearance of the store, it had missing letters on the word TREE outside, take a look at the photos. As you come inside, the floor was dirty, the aisle had trash on floor and a lot of the shelves were empty .
The only good thing about this store was, it had the water I wanted and there was no line. Oh and the cashier was very nice and patient while scanning and packing my purchases.

Thos place is nice and offers a lot. Well stocked. However my goodness this place gets robbed to often this the 3rd time I've been here and it was robbed each time...(smh) owners get some security!!! Protect your staff and customers...

I want to give a special thank you to the team at this location. The manager was very patient and understanding and understanding. I believe her name is Latonya or Latoya. My card declined right at store closing and she and her staff waited for me to transfer money over to my card. I felt so bad because I was holding up the line but they were so polite to me and understanding. This was my first time at this location because the location closer to me didn't have a good stock of cleaning supplies! I will come back to this location because of the kind staff! Thank you!

Dollar Tree needs to hire people who know how to treat customer correctly. I was in the store today and request $20 cash back. It was 11:01 am. The cashier that service me( Magrarita) didn't have it. So she asked the other cashier (Tameka) for it. This bothered Tameka for some reason because she said "It's to early in the morning to get cash back! she should go to the ATM" I'm 66 years old and don't drive so I got cash back there due to the convivence. I told this Cashier she cant tell me when or where to get cash back and the store shouldn't have it as an option if there is no money. She started to argue with me and called me a Female dog. We argued until I decided to leave the store. This person has no business working with the public.

I was in line, and there was no one behind us. And while the cashier was scanning each item, putting them aside and bagging them. Taking her sweet time. Humming and shit. I was with my mother and she doesn't speak English. And we recently got a new credit card. And she doesnt know how to use it. And so my mom mistakenly takes out the card pre paying, therefore cancelling it. And I'm helping my mother out. And on the screen it said "remove card" and so I did. And the cashier yells "wait, wait,wait" in a bored manner. And so we do. And then she tells us were holding up the line. And I have respect so I don't say anything, she was being extremely rude. And we finally get it to approve after three tries. My mother and I grab the bags, which have our stuff and as we start to walk off. I hear the cashier talking with another customer who was behind us, and I could just hear them laughing. I regret not going off on her. She was impatient and rude.

If I could give no stars I would that cashier the African American lady with the mole on her face she kind of chubby she has the worst attitude I have ever seen and customer service she needs to be fired if you know you feel a certain kind of way to where you don't want nobody saying nothing to you at all you shouldn't be working in customer service ANYWHERE! or you need to call in. This is the 2nd bad review I've given this store in the last 4 years. No progress they've gotten worse.

This location should be renamed to Trash Tree. Every single time I have been in this location the items are all over the shelves OR empty. Trash is on the floor ESPECIALLY when employees are doing stock they will walk away from stock and leave cut up trash on the floor. I’m assuming they don’t get visits from the district or area managers and IF they do the upper management doesn’t seem to care at all. I will not return to this location and it’s a shame that I have to go out of the area for a clean store and good customer service!
