Customer service is great but it smells in there. I feel bad for the employees, the company needs to hire someone to deep clean and hire security to keep the place safe.

Dollar Tree use to be a $1 then it was $1.25 right? My daughter and I went into this Dollar Tree and some items were $3 and $5 dollars. They should change the name to Dollar General.

The manager at this location “Monica” is so nice and helpful. I was looking to buy 12 pcs of a specific item but they only had 6 out on the shelf. I asked one of the cashiers if they had more and she was nice enough to get the manager for me. Monica immediately went to the back to grab exactly 12pcs for me and proceeded to open a register to ring me out. She even let me keep the box the items came in. Lovely interaction.

Doors Closed again… This Dollar Tree constantly has doors locked on business hours. It is 9:50am on a Wednesday and no one is around. Business hours are not true to what it shows.

Hiring manager is a total flake. Been trying to ahold of him for over a month so I can just fill out some paper work to get on the pay roll. He hasnt been there whenever I call and I call EVERY DAY multiple times. Half the time no one picks up. It's dirty, they constantly have people stocking but there's never anything in the fidge/freezer section but thank goodness they have the toys that no one buys fully stocked 24/7?You're better off going to literally any other dollartree. Pretty sure this one is always listed as 'hiring' for the tax cuts. They got no real intentions of ACTUALLY hiring new staff

I keep calling and trying to ask questions ⁉️..... I live 3 minutes away and not one person knows how to pick up the phone, than the store has really nothing in it ... They can't afford more things or take the old stuff from the back n resell it because no business, than u have one person on register n the rest ain't even stocking the shelves... Definitely I want that store shut down and put a family dollar not dollar tree, knowing ain't no one doing anything, u have a lady walking around that ain't doing anything but helping her cashier instead of opening another register? She needs to get fired, plus why have machines that do cash back and they don't want to give it after we put cash back on the machine... Think real hard CEO BOSS MAN hire someone that is willing to make a difference not someone that's sloppy like sloppy joe

Funny how I'm the only black woman in the store and the cashier greets everyone but me. He also asked everyone else if they would like to purchase a bag but didn't ask me and just charged me for it. Disgusting! I won't be returning here. Was a customer for 5 years. It's not worth it. There's another Dollar Tree I enjoy going to on Fullerton.

While this store has amazing stock. There was only one cashier on a Sat. The manager only got on to help after the line was halfway to the other side of the wall

The worst dollar tree in my area! Twice it’s been I had to run in for a quick grab and they’re closed 10 minutes before they’re closing time at 9.
