Its very upsetting when you go to a store and the customer service is disgusting. I came in today 11/07/24 at 12:52pm. My mom bought accidentally a prime energy drink thinking it was a hydration drink, so ask the cashier can i switched or returned this energy drink for a juice, mind you we just bought it, we didn’t even leave the store. I knew i was in all my rights to return it, i read the return policy, but she didn’t care, she just straight look at me like if i was crazy for asking to switch a drink. She told me No we don't take food back!! Its food!! , im like my mom just bought it, u just charge her for it!! why cant we return it? she calls the other black lady in charge and she said the same thing. What bothers me is the attitude its so unnecessary. If they hate their job they should QUIT and consider another field because customer service is not it. So many people out there wanting a job.

Definitely very rude manager and not very helpful staff. People don’t get things for free here, a better customer service should be provided. I asked for help and she rolled her eyes and said what do want with an attitude. If workers don’t like to deal with people they shouldn’t be there. It’s call customer service not serve with bad attitude.

Well today my friend was discrimination he 65 years old walk with a cane they told him to leave the store he did nothing wrong just because he was dress down not dress fancy we been shopping here ever since they open this dollar tree he was shopping for mayonnaise he did nothing wrong they need to held for discrimination

I asked an employee for a specific balloon for my brother's graduation, and they just replied ask this other employee. After the third person sent to make line for the cashier, the lady just replied unfortunately we have them (not inflated) but we have other graduation balloons that are inflated to pick from with a nasty attitude! Super disappointed!!!!

I specifically told the lady I did NOT need to get a bag and to put everything in the gift bag I purchased. Instead of listening, I was still charged for a bag fee and a bag tax. Absolutely ridiculous. Maybe she has some type of developmental issues, because if you had a ounce of sense, it will tell you that I didn't need to be charged for any since I had my own bag. Just a way to ripe you off. Do better and have some common sense.

The store is messy. The cashier was on her phone all the time and had the phone in speaker.she did not greet or tell you what your total is bc shw was busy in the phone. She was cursing and using bad words while she was talking on her cell in front of whoever was paying (she did not care minors were around). No manager on premises. I have been to this Dollar Tree before and it was never a mess but ever since the old manager left and a new manager is in charge there has been carts with merchandise in the aisles and it blocks many items that people may need. There is many boxes stacked in the aisles and anything can happen one of these days involving us customers getting hurt. The district manager Veronica should really do something about this before someone gets hurt!!!!!

Omg! Ever since the old Manager left this store in Dec/22 this store is a mess! All the isles are always blocked with their trolleys of merchandise… You can’t even shop plus it’s accident waiting to happen! And this was my favorite store… not anymore! Won’t shop their ever again… the district Manager Veronica needs to do something about it… , before someone gets seriously hurt…
