Top Ice cream and soda is good. Bread could taste better. Good headphones with build up. I liked the peanuts. I try to see what there is to do with the toys.

This Store Seriously went downhill it’s not the same as a few months ago the employees aren’t the same every single one of them are rude especially the store manager the man with the glasses along with all the other managers there , I Do Miss seeing the young lady red haired manager that used to be there all the time She was so Respectful and helpful and would always make us laugh and make our experience there so enjoyable sadly she’s not seen there no more … This Place needs to do better Sorry But if I had to give it 0 stars I would

When I started shopping at Dollar Trees, it was fun. When the store opened at 627 W. Roosevelt the staff was helpful and the store had $1 products that were doable. I have to agree with the former reviews, management must have changed, I don't see the same people. The staff now is horrible, very rude and the store is sloppy in addition when you're shopping you can hear staff talking about the customers who make their jobs available. I thought I had found a neighborhood $ store but I will not shop there again. What happen to customer service???????

When this Dollar Tree first opened I was impressed by the cleanliness of the store, friendly staff and well stocked shelves and refrigerators! I was happy to have found my new favorite Dollar Tree! Fast forward a few months later, and the store is totally different ! This store has become a, fill in the blank, hole! The store is disorganized, and shelves practically empty, as well as the refrigerators. The staff and clientele are rude as hell. The neighborhood isn’t all that bad an area at all, but the store has attracted a lot of the types who don’t know how to take care of anything. Won’t be going there anymore.

Rude worker there allow racism happen towards Asian women there. You should not go this location they will ignore whatever you say because of your race and gender.

I ordered two cases of flowers from them and it’s supposed to be shipped to this location. A young lady just told me they close early at 8 o’clock Google said it was 9 PM that they close. They weren’t able to look and see if my package had arrived. The least they could’ve did was told me the package was sitting there so I can come in the morning and get it. The customer service is disgusting.

This is by far the worst Dollar Tree in the area. The line is always very long and the shelves are never stocked. The assortment is also trash. Very unfortunate because it’s a new location.
