The male store manager practices profiling based on physical appearance. Store also frequently has a rotten sewage smell, which makes for an almost unbearable experience.
Products are as expected, same as any other Dollar Tree. They should allow their paying customers to shop peacefully without being profiled by their incompetent management staff.

Overall has a stock of supplies but if you’re looking for balloons, please choose another location they never have helium.

I came in after purchasing several items for my baby shower—an important and special event for me—as I was hoping to exchange a few items I couldn’t use due to bad weather that day.
I know exactly when I made the purchase, as I saw the transaction on my card, but I didn’t receive a receipt at the time. When I came back to the store to explain the situation, the person at the register was immediately dismissive. He didn’t take a moment to check the items or look into the transaction. Instead, he rudely told me that without a receipt, he wouldn’t help me, and he essentially asked me to leave—despite me being visibly pregnant.
When I asked to speak with the manager, he claimed to be the manager and again refused to assist me. I understand store policies, and I wouldn’t have been upset if the return wasn’t possible, but the way I was treated—with a complete lack of respect and empathy—was very hurtful and unprofessional.
I’m sharing this not just for myself but because I believe customer service should reflect care, especially when dealing with loyal customers. I truly hope this can be addressed so future guests don’t have to go through a similar experience.

Fire the man with the beard who hid his name to avoid being reported! Very rude and unprofessional behavior its actually disgusting considering he is a grown man.

Worst customer service .
Unpolite clerk.
Refuse to accept $100 bills the pretext they don't have change !!!

Very good assortment of Easter products, also, of stationery, beautiful greeting cards. I enjoy Dollar Tree. Will go back for more Easter products.

I was there yesterday morning the cashier was very rude. I just asked the Wash room key but he refused to give me and the response was very bad, I never saw such a bad person.

Super frustrating that you have multiple signs of how much helium is…. But you never have it available. It’s been this way for so long you might as well get rid of it entirely

The store is itself amazing, the issue is with a man employee that is so rude everytime I shop and doesn't listen to my requests. I asked for no bag and he gave me a bag and then I wanted my receipt and he threw it away and rolled his eyes. He looks like he is forced to work there and I do not appreciate an employee being rude to me when I'm literally his customer. An employee should make the customer come back with a snile on their face and not with even a worse mood they walked in.
