Do not buy gift cards here even their own gift cards I have 3 & none work. They don't even back up their own dollar tree gift cards. Even with receipts no one knows anything even manager

It's mostly city people that's giving out these terrible reviews on this place but I find the place quite charming I don't mind if it's dirty or if it's not fully stocked I come here for Soap and Food I take what I can. If I see that there's a long line then I'll just go to the 711.

Wouldgive it zero stars if I could. The old lady working the register has the nastiest attitude. There were a lot of elderly people paying and it was so sad seeing her mistreat them. Then when it was my turn to pay she threw my stuff. I told her she didn’t have to dump my stuff and she responded saying “well whatever” and stopped scanning. When I called the manager, she asked me to leave. Overall, the customers receive zero respect from both management and cashiers. They had signs saying they were hiring. Hopefully it’s to get rid of these awful employees.

They always run out of holiday stuff and other stores have better stuff.The lines are always so long, the cashier nevertheless calls for help on long lines.1/3/2024 I lost my receipt and need to return or exchange glasses I bought for my mother, told cashier I lost my receipt she was rude and unfriendly stated says no refund on receipt. I never read everything on receipts but she was rude and adamant, ask to speak to manager she was just as rude and unprofessional.Dollar tree hires young Spanish people with no education and do not have customer friendly greetings or customer service.How can I get an exchange for the glasses?
