I’ve been coming here for awhile since it is nearby and this older lady with short hair who works here is unprofessional and miserable, I came in around 7:45pm today and didn’t have a good experience at the register.

The customer service here is not too pleasant. Especially the manager. I returned an item that we didn't like and she gave me a nasty attitude. The other cashiers are ok .

I’m a regular customer because I live close by and there is a lady with short hair that’s it’s just looks like very annoyed every time I come in she won’t even greet me or nothing she just gives me a side eye when I go checkout! :( I always try to be nice towards her. But there a young guy working there he is very nice! :D

I really had a great experience at this store so grateful for amazing customer service skills in a time where everything is going on in our world it seems a bit broken‼️ It sure is great to that associates are still going above and beyond the call of duty and/or actually be friendly to customers like myself.
Alexander is a wonderful addition in this wise to this dollar store that I will be back because of people like him!

disgusting and dirty store never shopping here again, the employees and manager are very rude they get annoyed if they are asked to do their jobs, seems like its too much, no customer service here just miserable people who will give you attitude, hope they get fired soon this place needs a total makeover including the employees!!!!! (reading these comments and Im like yep exactly what I experienced)

This is a great store in terms of a variety of products, especially their Christmas stuff. BUT...store employees seem to lack enthusiasm for keeping the bathrooms accessible to the public. What I mean by this is I really needed to use their public washroom. I knocked on their door. It was locked. Nobody answered. I polity waited for an answer. No answer. And waited. Knocked. Waited. No answer. This went on another 5 or 10 minutes. FINALLY... I asked not onr, but TWO different cashiers for a keyboard the washroom. They would both give it to me. They simply shrugged and said: "SOMEONE MUST BE IN THERE" "I told them I had knocked, and nobody had answered. I think the door is locked from the inside." They didn't even bother to look inside the washroom to investigate without a care.Sheer laziness on their part....
