If i could rate my experience 0 stars i would, i went in today for air fresheners and i was waiting in line as the cashier, old lady with smudged eyeliner and brown long nails was rude to me, i told her i didnt need bags and i was in a hurry and she said she had other customers after me and continued ignoring me the whole time and didnt say anything when i was ready to pay. RUDE. And then she has the audacity to give me a rude face and be passive aggressive and when i ask for her name she says she doesnt know her name. Very interesting customer service and employees this dollar tree is hiring that they dont even know there names. You guys should look over peoples applications better next time you hire someone and make sure they remember their name!!! Her name is Marlene by the way i found out through the comments that shes also a manager, you guys need better management in there seriously cuz she looked like she was ready to clock out and go to bed.

Always close earlier if people try to go inside the store at 9:50 pm he all ready has the doors closed.. I work in a restaurant and I never close the store not even 1 min early ?♀️

The Dollar tree is never stocked anymore and they're always out of a ton of things it is one of the worst dollar stores that I've been to in a long time

Like many reviews, it's sort of an understocked & understaffed location.
Sometimes, they have what you want or need. Sometimes, they don't. It's a hit or miss when entering any Dollar Tree these days.

Carts full of random stuff at the front and all the shelves are disorganized or stuff on the floor

Visited to pick up an online order and encountered an unprofessional and belligerent store manager, Marlene. From the start, she was dismissive, making excuses to avoid helping, going in and out of her office, assisting others at the register, and refusing to look up my order. Shockingly, she threatened to involve the police when my friend sought assistance. In retrospect, it became clear she was racist and unwilling to help.My advice to fellow customers: be cautious and report Marlene to the district manager if you face a similar situation. Unacceptable behavior for someone in customer service and who works in a predominantly black/brown community.

Their holidays section was the only store that still had a large stock of items that where sold out at other locations. This was the third store I visited. I bought a whole box of items to decorate my space at work. Five stars.
