PLEASE READ EVERYTHING:
After renting with this company for about 4-5 months, I stand by my review. They give you shit cars with constant issues. Sometimes customer service is great, depending on who you talk to. While this company did give me several chances they maybe wouldn’t have given others, the cons overlook that. I rented 3 separate vehicles with them, all swaps because they all had issues. I bought the second vehicle in, they told me no need to get my stuff out the vehicle. Next day they told me the moved the vehicle to a dealership all the way out in aurora, and guess what…I had to drive to aurora to get my items! My final straw with them was them terminating my contract, it was agreed a day to return the vehicle. They picked the vehicle up AFTER hours, and slapped massive charges on my account that I shouldn’t have been charged. When I had their vehicle, they responded everyday. Now that I don’t have their vehicle, it’s crickets. I likely won’t get my deposit back. Do not rent from them unless you’re desperate.

I’ve been with Drive Sally for years and the customer service is… slipping. There is clear disconnect between the over the phone customer service reps and the offices. I shouldn’t have to call two separate occasions to make an appointment for growling brakes, then be told that they will “escalate it to the office” just to hear nothing back and have to come all the way from the north side of Chicago, just to book a maintenance appointment….

The car they gave me has almost 200k miles on it. Anytime I drive for Uber, the customers can feel every single bump in the road no matter how small it is. The car's tail light went out twice due to faulty wiring even though I took it in to be looked at by their crew - terrible mechanics. I'm now facing a third issue with the head light being out which interrupted my work flow and making the payment on time. I asked them if they would give me ONE additional day to make full payment as the light being out on the car causes issues with being pulled over by the police - I CANNOT DRIVE FOR UBER WITH THE CAR IN THE CURRENT CONDITION - it would fail the inspection for Uber. They refused to wait just ONE more day which is my pay day from my main job - they deactivated the car while I was at work. Hours away from receiving payment just to get 25 additional dollars from me. Leaving my children and I stranded in getting home. This company is nothing but greedy. They could care less about how their broke down cars interfere with your ability to actually drive it to make the weekly payments. Their customer service is rude and condescending. I look forward to the day of turning in this BS car and being done with this crappy company.

Sure you get a vehicle…but one that is rushed and overlooked (can smell bad, or have a mechanical fault). Countless times I’ve come into a car and there was a nail in a tire, wheel bearing needed to be replaced, or engine problem in general. Definitely not worth the weekly price, which is above what they advertise on uber.

Poor customer service. I went to return the vehicle, they came up with every excuse not to return my deposit. I wouldn't rent from them again or refer my enemy to this dump.

Please new customers do not get a Kia please don’t . The Kia’s are getting broken into badly at a high rate. The staff will not tell you that because they want you to rent ,pay and leave the responsibility on you. They do not offer full coverage so if the robbers break into your Kia car the damage is not covered. The only way out of this in a maybe ok situation is to get the $75 extra weekly insurance that will allow you to only pay $100 after a theft situation has occurred
In which the rep will not tell you at sign up “ like hey our Kia’s are getting broke into badly so the only way to try to cover your ass is get the $75 insurance. I was only told about the $500 deductible and $2000 deductible. After 3 weeks of having the Kia it was broken into now I have to pay $500 for something I didn’t do and wasn’t covered fully under insurance. Please be aware
