Solid store, lots of variety at a good price. It can be tough sometimes to find things in the right size. If you're size 10 or up, you'll be fine, anything less and it might be a dice roll.
As long as you go in open to different options you'll probably find something, even if the first thing you like isn't available in the size you want.

The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! STAFF ARE BUSY TALKING TO EACH OTHER LIKE THEIR AT A PARTY WHILE CUSTOMERS ARE STRUGGLING TO FIND HELP!! SOME SHOE BOXES ARE EMPTY, SHOES EVERYWHERE AND STAFF DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS! I ASKED FIR HELP AND HARDLY HELPED ME!! POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I wish I could give it zero star. The store doesn’t have many options comparing to other stores, and the parking is bad.
The most horrible is the service. I don’t live in that neighborhood and it was the first time I went there after visiting my friend. No greeting from any of the staff, and a few times when I needed help, the staff always looked busy helping others, even though other customers came in later. I felt unwelcome as I’m an Asian with kids and not their “target customer”? I’m a DSW vip member, but I will never recommend that store in Lincoln Park!

I really enjoy this particular DSW. Trans friendly and they often have women's 12 to dig through. I generally leave with a pair of shoes that fit me and that are under 80$.

Even though everything is shiny and well organized, how the men section is treated drives me crazy! You can find hundreds of different models for women and kids, while men shoes consist of 2-3 shelves (for ALL the sizes) in clearance and a couple of lines for full-price models.Every time I enter in this shop, I get out very frustrated and I finish buying shoes online.

I visited this store but will never come back because my car was gone when I came out and had been towed. This will drive customers away if you continue to engage with tow companies that use these unscrupulous and predatory practices. I personally would rather shop somewhere else/ online where I can spend my money on shoes and not paying ransoms to get my own car back.

I stopped by this location today to exchange a pair of shoes I ordered online. The woman at the register (I'm sorry I didn't catch her name) informed me that they didn't have the size I needed in stock but that I was happy to look around through the other clearance items. She processed the return instead and I went to go look around. A few minutes later the same woman tracked me down because she found the pair I wanted in the size I wanted on the floor. She was so helpful and it totally made my day.
