Horrible experience dealing with this location. I purchased shoes online, and returned 2 pairs to this location. The cashier scanned the barcode from my order confirmation email on my phone.
I was told the refund would show on my card within 3-5 days. I never received the refund, and they are refusing to work with me on this. The customer service was no help via email, either.

Rude and incompetent staff. I forgot my ID and I asked the associate if I can show a picture of my ID. Instead of answering, an African American woman with glasses read my pickup email to me and walked away. Not sure where the hell you’re hiring these people from but the least you can do is teach appropriate customer service. A simple no suffices. When I ended up buying the shoes outside of mg pickup transaction, this woman did not even talk to me outside of asking if I had a phone number with the store. A question does not warrant attitude. All over some damn shoes.

I enjoy the self-serve aspect. No pressure from a sales associate. Clearance section has great deals. Extensive selection of socks.

Horrible store do not go here!! Meanest staff I've ever experienced, tried on shoes a few days ago IN THERE STORE on there dirty carpet that they should clean if they want to be so picky about every inch of a shoe being returned when we buy it in that condition, went home and decided I wanted it in another color, came back to return them and they refused saying I had worn them to try them on. The lady with dark hair gave the biggest attitude saying I bought them a few days ago, I thought your return policy was 90 days?? and then the African American staff member with glasses proceeds to lie about damages on a brand new shoe pretty much looking at them under a microscope saying they were dull on the bottom and scuffed on the side and pretty much making up stuff when I literally bought them this way and they looked perfectly new?? It's like they train their staff to not accept returns, I looked it up and the shoes are originally dark grey on the bottom and thats what they were complaining about, they DO NOT take returns they are running a scam down there. I live in the area and I will be posting about and telling everyone I can to not go to this store, hire better staff you just lost a lot of customers your store is literally known in our area for having mean workers.

This DSW location is the worst. The manager was insanely rude. I was so shocked at the disrespect- I ended up not buying the shoes and left. I used to work retail and know everyone has bad days BUT this was so uncalled for and unwarranted. There is no way the people leaving 5 star reviews for this place are real. They are certainly bots.

I went to make a return and the associate was unbelievably snippy and rude. On top of that she took some money off the return so I didn’t get the full amount back. I was baffled she could be so upset while I was being so patient with her.

Shoes had discoloration after one use due to apparent defect. However, DSW would not accept the return since they had been worn.

This is a great place to go shoe shopping! I’m always impressed by their cleanliness & wide selection. They also have free parking & an elevator!
