  I agree with the other reviews , this location definitely need to work on their customer service. I came in one day . First off it was like 3 employees that stood around talking instead of greeting me when I walked in . It took almost 5 minutes before a young man asked if I needed help . “Yes as a matter a fact I do” I proceeded to buy my shoes and some socks . A few days later I was out of town and discovered my sensor was still on my socks . So of course I came in for them to take it off. I understand the manager had to ask for a receipt which I didn’t have . Cause who expects to return white ones. After I checked my bank statement and confirmed the date of purchase . She just handed me the socks . A nice “sorry for the inconvenience “ could’ve went so far . It’s crazy because I wonder if a white customer would’ve went through the same experience would she have used such vocabulary.

  This location is clean and quiet, which is good. But when I got to the counter to pay, the two women there ignored me for about 1 minute. And when I let them know that, I’m ready to pay. The girl there told me to hold up because she didn't want to dirty our stuff with Cheeto dust. She was literally licking her fingers clean because she was sitting on the counter eating chips. So unprofessional would not recommend to anyone.
