Went there to exchange some shoes they said I couldn't do it but other dtlr stores let me exchange with no problem

I had the best customer service at DTLR on 95th and stoney island never been there before but I'll be back thanks to manager Shenika very kind, and patient Beautiful with a wonderful attitude hard to find so appreciate the awesome help. They take too long to find you the show you want. Cashier doesn't look like a friendly person. No eye contact and not a smile the whole time the transactions of two purchases were made.
