Just make sure you try on ur shoes no matter if u checked ur shoe size they don't do refunds... they make you spend ur money with them... even if they don't have the shoes you need... I feel that they should let people known about there is no refunds before they take your money .... it's school time ... what if I didn't have extra money to go buy an other pair of shoes from somewhere else... this is not a place I'll be shopping at again.. ...

So online looking at shoes decided to go this location 1st time going here seems like a nice place, seen 4 pairs of shoes that I was ready to purchase and not a single person approach me and asked if I needed help ...saw 2 girls folding clothes and 2 people at the counter ...walked to the counter not 1 time I was acknowledged and told hey be with you in a minute anything...so just left....went online someplace else and spent $550 worth of shoes

TO BE HONEST… We Called the store about 30 minutes to 4 o’clock. We asked did they have a 7 in boys . They said hold on (to check) and came back to the phone and said YES. They did not mention that they was gonna have a rapper performing and that they were closing ONE HOUR AND 30 minutes in advance. We drove up there literally at 4:16 just to pick the shoes up to be met at the door by security telling us the manager has no knowledge and tbh… They need new management and a team that know how to communicate effectively. On a Sunday they did that for a temporary Moment , Instead of making a long term client. Made no sense. We called again after to see what they would say and they literally told us we called the wrong store and that maybe it was the one across the street. I appreciate the other DTLR next to Marshalls for they hospitality it meant the world.
