Do not use this company. I had a shirt cleaned at this location. I did not have problems before. I had the shirt cleaned and it had a huge stain on it that was not on the shirt before I dropped it off. I was told the owner would call me. She did not call. She said it was a deodorant stain, She also claimed I brought the shirt in with the stain before. I also had one of the workers claim she didn't notice it, then in front of the manager claim I brought the shirt in with the stain. No integrity, Bad Service. I like to support local business but after this experience I want to make sure no one else will have a bad experience.

they should definitely hire new drivers based on the other ratings, but I really like what they did to my clothes, they did exactly what they I asked them to do.

Their driver cut me off really bad. I'm in a semi truck. I almost hit him. I tapped the horn and he brake checked me forcing me off the road. Dangerous aggressive drivers here it looks like.

This company should hire drivers that obey the rules of the road. I have watched their driver run a stop sign multiple times over the last year, feet from the main entrance of a school, while kids were outside. Ownership seems to not care as I've called multiple times and the guy still continues to do it. It now appears as their phone is disconnected and they are no longer taking calls.

To add to the driver complaints:
This morning the driver (IL license plate #1967955) ran a stop sign, almost hit me in the crosswalk (I was in the middle of the road, not jumping in front of him) & then proceeded to yell at me before speeding off down a small residential street.

This guy almost ran me off the road while driving in oncoming traffic. I was on a residential street with speed bumps. I slowed to drive over a speed bump and this van was inches away from my bumper. He seemed agitated I slowed down then proceeded to swerve into oncoming traffic to try and pass me but a car was coming and I had to slam on my brakes to let him in so he wouldn’t head-on with the other car.
I thought I was just being dramatic but I looked up the company and they have multiple driver complaints. So imma add mine with an image in hopes no one get hurts by these company vans.

Extremely dangerous driving from delivery driver. Almost hit my dog and I turning onto Damon going to 35 mph through a stop sign.

Good work. Brought two shirts to have the sleeves shortened because I hate long sleeves and they look like they were made with short sleeves. Also had some jeans shortened and i have no idea how they do it, but somehow its the same stitching. The lady at the counter is very nice. Prices are very fair. Will be backService: Alterations

I have been going here for over a year. Most of the time it was fine. I took a leather bag to get a strap fixed. When I came back 3 weeks later they could not find it. Lady said she would call me but never did. I went in again and they said they accidentally sent it to be cleaned as well. The original ticket was for fixing only $15. But they insisted I pay for the cleaning even tough that is not what the original ticket was for. Don't know why they expect a customer to pay for their mistake. I know they work hard so I just paid to get out of there. Won't go back. Good thing they found it because I don't know how they would have handled that. Very disappointing...go their at your own risk.

I've been in this neighborhood for nearly 10 years. And I used to come here. Previous owner was so nice. Now these new owners are rude. No one speaks English so good luck trying to get them to understand you or pick up the phone to answer a question. On top of that they are extremely overpriced. Go elsewhere.
