Awesome experience. Ryan was super friendly and helpful (he also had a great eye for fashion which helped me out). Got everything I needed and he helped me get some clothes (that were out of stock) shipped to my home.

OK I love this place. First off, the selection and styles were fantastic. Great brands, lots of options. Far more than I’ve found elsewhere and great brands. But most of all, our salesperson Ryan was next level awesome. He was low-key hilarious and had a really outstanding and creative approach to helping me identify outfits. He was super low pressure and got me fitted out in no time. Love the purchase and hope to see Ryan again. He’s a star. Give him a promotion.

Had an awesome shopping experience at this store. DXL is one of my favorite store and THIS store in particular was great! I immediately was greeted by the sales staff but NEVER felt pressured while I casually walked around the store enjoying the MANY choices for new clothes throughout the store! They would check in with me from time to time but NEVER hovered...THANK YOU! The options at this store are great. I feel there are many more fashions to shop from at this store than any other stores and I appreciate that. The check-out was quick and VERY friendly! I enjoyed the experience from beginning to end. I will return for another shopping experience!

Last time I was here I wasted hundreds of dollars on shirts that are way too tight because they always pressure me into buying shirts that are too small. I’m low income I can’t afford to buy more shirts and I don’t even live near a store to return them.

I needed jeans because I left mine in Puerto Rico and was freezing in Chicago . 🥶 Through google maps I found this place and wow what a great service. Scott was so nice in helping me out and solving my problem.

I needed a coat for a Christmas gift and the associate helped me find the perfect pick for a special someone. He took his time, was thorough and had the coat shipped to my home. He made my Christmas just perfect. Thank you!

Very disappointed!( visiting for the first time in Oakbrook terrace store # 09120 DXL looking for a Gift for my Son. Went on a Sunday afternoon 11/24/24.
There were 2 ppl working. A woman and men.
There were No customers when my daughter and I walked in the store. However my daughter and I were not greeted, on the contrary.
Both employees just stared at us like we were some aliens out of space. The feeling was uncomfortable. My daughter and I were Never asked if we needed some help. However I asked the man, that it was my first time being in the store and I was looking for a gift for my son Birthday. A Jacket. This man seem bothered by me asking him if he can help & show me where the jackets are. After. i walked to the counter and asked for a coat that I saw online. The women response with a facial attitude and sarcastic talk, said to me that coat was last year's and they don't carry it in the store.
Both the woman and the man seemed bothered when I had a question. They were fooling around with each other, running around in the store like little kids. Here I'm thinking I'm going to get some good customer service and quality professional help. I felt discouraged disappointed, and most of all discriminated.
I will not be recommending this store. BEWARE of HOLON & the Women wth Colored Hair.
Very unprofessional and Sad.

I worked with a large woman who did not get up to help me. She shouted where things were in the store and then pointed off in the direction I should look in this massive store. She NEVER got up off her stool.
The clearance section looked like a cyclone hit it. I thought I was in an off-limits zone.
Customer service at this location is lacking supremely. Unfortunately, it’s the only location where I can shop for clothing like this. So, I purchase online and pick up in the store. That way, I don’t have to deal with their customer service “experts“.

While traveling I forgot to pack a belt, this definitely caused problems and I was able to stop by DXL in Chicago and get what I needed quickly and in my size which would have been a problem at any other store.
