I'm old school and customer service and service in general, is a lost art, while riding home, I almost cried, I don't usually give reviews, but I have to give Sergio his due, man thank you. If you need some work done on your exhaust, I recommend him wholeheartedly, hats off to his upbringing....

My catalytic converter was stolen, insurance gave me the run around. Called East Side Mufflers got it in the next day and it was repaired in less then 3 hours. Sergio is very courteous and professional. Prices are reasonable. I would highly recommend this business to everyone looking for a car shop for auto repairs.Thank you Sergio for a job well done

Paid over $900 to get front suspension did a month later and a few bumps in the road something broke probably cheap parts or he didn't hook it up right also you have to leave your car there for a few days to get it fixed

Called to have a price for my vans fuel pump to be replaced. The guy told me he needed to have the van their. I called a tow truck and had them take it to him. He said he had no room for the van I would need to bring it back. Now I'm $100 into nothing happening. I work way to hard for my money to have you put it to sleep.
